I had a very urgent problem with my auto test (item missing) and needed help to be able to have my fit and fly certificate for the next day. Vanessa took the time to help me through it and sorted it within an hour. Very grateful.

Amazing place!!! I recommend it to all my friends. I booked some treatments with Laura and she was absolutely amazing. She suggested the best treatments for me and explained in details how each one of them work, which was all I needed. Laura was very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile in her face and making sure I was OK and comfortable. I will be doing all my treatments with her for sure.

I had a PCR test at the Peterborough clinic at 09:00 and was all done within minutes. I checked the paperwork and all was in order. I was sent an email straight away. Unfortunately at about 20:00 I noticed that my D.O.B. on the email was incorrect. Imagine my concern that the certificate when issued would be invalid. I phoned the 24 hour line and spoke to Ashley. He reassured me that he would change this before the certificate was issued. Although there obviously was some sort of glitch as the date was read back by both me and the HCP conducting the test. When the certificate was issued a short time later, all was in order. Top marks to Ashley sorting it out.

I visited Vivo clinic recently for HIFU treatment via wowcher! This treatment doesn’t belong to the most comfortable one, it is extremely painful but the results at least for me are amazing! This time it was painful but with Laura, who walked me through a whole treatment it was the most comfortable and less scary as before. Laura Thank you!! I am coming back for a full face in a few months.
