I can really recommend the Vivo Clinic Liverpool and the clinician Cheryl. It was the first time I had ever been to have a treatment and was rather nervous. Before I had anything done Cheryl talked me through every step and also showed me a detailed video. She was really lovely and very professional.

I visited the Leicester clinic for the first time for HIFU full / complete facial and was treated by Tina Chauan. Although not quite knowing what to expect Tina explained the procedure thoroughly and what i would be likely to experience so i felt at ease and was able to ask all the questions i needed to. She is clearly very knowledgable/ experienced. I am delighted with the results and can highly recommend this treatment. I think the results over the next few weeks will be self evident. I look in the mirror and see an immediate benefit. Thankyou Vivo and Tina.

Used vivo clinic twice and very disappointed , 1st time they sent me used antigen test ( likely with 1 line ) 2nd time they are not sending me my antigen results and didn’t answer calls. I couldn't fly because of them. Never again .

Had my second course of treatment today at the vivo clinic and I was treated by the lovely Sandra. She explained all the treatment to me and really made me feel comfortable, will definitely be coming back!
