United Kingdom | 02 June 2022I had to book a PCR test at short notice for a business trip and Vivo were one of the few companies able to offer an appointment. I booked and paid £139 for a same day result, but unfortunately there were issues with my travel visa and I had to cancel my flights. I contacted Vivo who said I was not entitled to a refund but would get a credit voucher by email. I received nothing and despite many attempts, could not get through on their helpline. I finally emailed and did receive a response with details of my credit which apparently could be used on any of their services. In order to get something for my money, I decided to book a treatment at one of their cosmetic clinics. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were very keen to book me a cosmetic appointment until I told them I would be paying with a credit voucher. I was asked to forward my credit email to them and they would phone me back 'in ten minutes' to finalise the booking. They never got back to me. I could pursue, but I really do not want anymore contact with them; I should have done my research and will have to chalk it up to experience. I note the majority of reviews on other websites are also heavily critical (Trustpilot seem to be the anomaly here) so I strongly advise everyone to learn from others mistakes and avoid any dealings with this company.

It was pain free and I can actually notice a difference straight away. I would definitely go back there to get other treatments. Thank you again Cherie

Unfortunately the clinic in Exeter was not open on weekends, so she helped me look at other options. Would recommend to those flying abroad, especially Japan as they offer to sign the necessary documents.

I am particularly grateful to the Cambridge team and sorry to learn that due to falling demand it is to be closed. However, I can understand the decision and have no doubt that the headquarters team will continue to provide excellent service. Good luck to you all.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2022Having used the UK as a stop-over for a four day visit to family prior to moving on, I was obliged by my final destination country to take a test and get a doctors letter. Apart from the obvious thing that the money shelled out for a 'doctors letter' is high for a standard computer generated letter, my results were clearly never going to even see a doctor. The 'clinic' was in fact an upstairs room in a former spa in Sheffield. The test was completed and I was glad to receive a timely result by email. However, having paid for a doctors letter and emailed to chase up on it, I never did receive it; nor did I receive an apology for the fact that I received a standard response whilst I was in the air travelling to my destination, which in fact had nothing to do with my own issue. I am lucky in that I explained, showed the email trail of me chasing the letter and had all other documents required for entry into the country, otherwise I would have had to have taken another test, further adding to the already high costs! I am still waiting for an apology from this company. The response received now is a poor substitute for a real apology. I received the email - sent whilst I was onboard an eight hour flight and we’ll after I had chased up in the doctors letter. I also did send the certificate of the result to the team as soon as I received it myself.

United Kingdom | 29 May 2022I took my children for a PCR test at 3.45pm on the Thursday. The test was required for a holiday departure at 5pm on Saturday. Paid for the 'next day' service to be on the safe side. The results weren't sent through until 5.30pm on the Saturday - over 48 hours after the test and half an hour too late for departure. Vivo called me on the Friday to say the results probably wouldn't be with me by midnight as promised. Initially they told me I should just book a new test elsewhere then later another member of staff asked me to send a photo of lateral flow test results to show my children didn't have covid-19, then they falsified a certificate for me stating that the kids'pcr was negative. Whilst this did mean we didn't lose out on our holiday, I am disgusted that after paying a premium rate I was put in a position of having to accept a fake certificate. The amount of stress this company has caused our family is unbelievable. Disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs. I've tried emailing the company but just bounces back as 'failed to deliver.' I want my money back.

They both made us feel very relaxed from the minute we walked in. The testing was performed quickly and efficiently, and they were very informative when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone as it was a very positive experience for me and my family.

She also gives great advice about treatments, beauty, self care and much more. We joked about adding “Talking Therapy” to the list of services! Lovely to have someone so kind and funny to chat with whilst sitting through the session. The procedure was executed in a timely and efficient manner and I have seen good improvement in the weeks since my first visit. Excited now to see the results from this one and of course to see Nanda again for a catch up when I return. Happy customer! 😊 👍🏼 ❤️
