Before my husband paid for a Covid-19 Recovery Certificate, I emailed the Customer Service area and asked a few questions. Also, not being from the UK, I didn't know the company and wanted to know how fast and what kind of service we would receive before paying the fee. Tim was EXCELLENT! Responses to my questions were immediate. They, also, were open until midnight, which helped us out a lot! After providing the necessary documentation, the Recovery Certificate was in our email within 20 minutes. Thank you VIVO Clinic!

On arrival, I was greeted by Dennis and he confirmed my booking and offered me a seat while he prepared to take my test. Dennis was very professional and explained the test process. On completion, my test result failed to arrive in my mailbox due to some technical issues. He followed up immediately and got it resolved and kept me updated on the progress. Overall I was very happy with the service received and will be using the clinic for future travel test needs.

Cheri at Vivo is really good at what she does and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout and each visit went very well. I would definitely recommend Cheri and will be back soon for another session!!!

I’m having a course of cellulite reduction & super satisfied with the treatment and the service at the Holborn clinic. It’s clean, comfortable & good central location. Really efficient to book & the treatment was well explained. The whole process is super relaxing, which is a nice bonus :) Laura, the therapist, couldn’t have made me feel more at ease from the get go! Really knowledgable about the treatment and advice on aftercare, which is useful to know. Laura absolutely radiates the warmest, most kind hearted energy - so much so that I leave with a warm fuzzy glow :)) Would highly recommend!

Sarah and Carol in the Hull clinic were friendly and professional when I went for my preflight supervised RAT. They explained everything and were very helpful. Could I suggest that the time of the test as well as the date is recorded on your result form as It wasn't accepted by NZ authorities because of this. Luckily I had taken a form from their website which the ladies kindly completed for me. If I hadn't done that, I would have been rejected for a traveller pass. It wasn't their fault, an omission on the form.

My call was answered promptly and I was put through to Ashley, who was polite and courteous. He agreed to send me a credit note and explained how to rebook. Within a few minutes I received this by email, then a follow up phone call to make sure I had received it. He was also very patient and, at my request, repeated the instructions on rebooking! A very professional service and a positive experience.

Had my first appointment for crylopolisis with Katie in Cardiff and she was lovely, explained the process and made me feel at ease. Looking forward to my next appointment.
