Turned up slightly early for appointment , but not made to wait and PCR test was done without any hassle. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends who need PCR for travel. 10/10

Had an excellent experience at the Vivo clinic in Hull with Sarah and Carol. They were really helpful, especially with our 4-year-old son. Vivo sent our results and filled out forms (Doctor's notes) for entry into Japan quickly and efficiently making our processing through Narita a lot less stressful than we had expected. Extremely happy and highly recommend.

I had a credit previously issued due to Covid tests not being necessary to travel to my original destination earlier this year. I’m now travelling to a country that still requires a test. The process to use the credit, rebook and upgrade the test was easy and quick! Timothy J Wilson did an excellent job and was very friendly!

Excellent service at Vivo clinic Peterborough for my fit to fly certificate. Dennis helped me with downloading to my phone, and was very patient. I would definitely recommend this service

Had a non surgical plasma eye treatment at the Nottingham clinic. Charlotte was excellent she explained the treatment in great detail and was very professional throughout. I have to say it has only been 10 days and I am amazed with the results. Would definitely recommend this treatment and Charlotte.

Nicely and friendly with efficiently

In March I booked two lateral flow tests for 15th May and paid £118 at the Bristol Clinic. I checked the Vivo website on 2nd May and saw that all dates from 10th May had been greyed out. This concerned me so I called them, They said there was a possibility that the Bristol Clinic may be closing but were not sure, and did not even know if and when it would happen! I was extremely worried as I needed to fly the day after the test. They said they would call me when they knew what was happening. I did not hear back so had to make more phone calls to chase for an answer. Although they eventually apologised, I do wonder how close to my covid test date would they have let me know that it was cancelled if I had not checked their calendar myself. In my view they should have given their customers at least a month’s notice that their appointment was cancelled to enable them to have a refund and time to book with a different company. Therefore if anyone has an appontment after 10th May and you have not heard from them to advise you of their closure PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS !

I rang vivo the other day and I must say how surprised I was when someone picked up the phone in 2 minutes. The gentleman was very nice and polite, he gave all the info that I needed, he was welcoming. This is one of the companies that would always use without thinking twice Excellent customer service

Had to go and get a PCR last minute for work on Bank holiday (Good Friday) Phil and Kat were very welcoming and really efficient! Good banter too! Thanks for making the process quick and easy!

Hi, I’m just looking to clarify some information. You offer two types of lateral flow fit to fly tests: an economy and premium. If I book the in clinic premium lateral flow test, does that mean I receive the results the same day, alongside a certificate? This is what I will require as I’m due to travel to the USA. I appreciate any help, thanks in advance

How a company handles a unfortunate situation says a lot about their services and Vivo clinic was fantastic In dealing with me. I want to say a huge thank you to Ashley and Sara for helping me today to get booked for my PCR. Highly recommended them.

Went to the New Place Hotel in Shedfield/Southampton.. Lorraine and Gavin were very friendly and helpful.. In and out in 10 minutes.. Easy to use test, just had to swab our noses, fill in a simple form and our results popped into our emails instantly.. They both checked that our certificates were all good... Would definitely use again...

i was contacted by ashley and he handled my request very professionally in a matter of seconds i would use vivo clinic again to all dont use medicines online they dont come up with the results for you

I had 2 Non-surgical Lifts treatment at the Liverpool Vivo Clinic and loved every bit of my experience with Cheryl. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very nice and clean. I can’t thanks Cheryl enough for the impressive results just after the first treatment. I look forward for my next appointment. I highly recommend it.
