Great products and superb price. The postage took a lot longer than expected however it was during a very busy period. I didn't reach out simply followed the process on my account and waited patiently.

The candle holder is excellent, very good quality and looks exactly like the picture on the website. However the delivery was slow. I did receive an apology.

The casserole dish cracked on first use. There were no directions or instructions included with the packaging. It only mentions on the website about not putting it on an electric hob.

Lovely products

Despite paying extra for the items to be delivered on a pallet, they was they were packed resulted in them becoming damaged.

Jug arrived with cloudy glass. Been trying to arrange replacement for over a week so have given up and will return for refund.

Asked to change order but GT responded too late so now have to return items at my expense. Items themselves are of incredible low quality and clearly all cheap / mass produced out of China. Won't use GT again as can get higher quality at lower price elsewhere .

All of the products had imperfections. Don’t expect this of Garden Trading. Bubbles in the glass, cracks in the glass, now I have to go through and photograph each item to arrange returns.
