Great price, great product but terrible delivery that I had to chase

Nice items but slow to despatch and had to chase up. Took two weeks to arrive.

Slow delivery but good product.

Clockhouse Stool Carbon & Natural stool. I was pleased with the product but there was no packaging to protect the stool. I felt it should have been protected better. I appreciate reducing packaging but in this case the product warranted further protection.

Great outdoor clock, clear face/numerals that are easy to see from around the garden.

Very slow delivery!

The order was lost in transit and an email did not elicit a response, but once I got through on the phone the customer service was excellent and replacement items were sent and received promptly.

Everything past and present that I have ordered from Garden Trading has always been of exceptional value and superb quality. Faultless in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Lovely rattan tree skirt. Slight issue on the tracking part of the process which kept showing delivery was due the same day the order was placed! However when I phoned customer services they were most helpful (spoke to Alicia) and confirmed there had been a glitch which was being fixed and my rattan tree skirt arrived 2 days later. It’s well made and am very pleased with it. Look forward to putting it in place this December.

Good quality lamp, at a really good price

Parcel not dispatched after 10 days. Called to chase, then parcel arrived 4 days later. Some of the items had stick on labels that I am unable to remove.

The cloakroom unit is great. Good quality and very attractive. Like the grey colour and it fits so well on our front porch

Horrendous. Ordered something, got strung along for ages after they charged me and then they didn’t even bother delivering what I ordered. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and customer service. Would never buy anything from them.

Goods good quality very happy with purchase. Still rate a five star even though delivery was later than expected. Garden Trading sent an email to let me know regarding the late delivery and the reason for this. So still a five star experience.
