Waited too long for delivery! Ordered 10th still hasn’t left warehouse on the 19th! Very poor service!

Have not received my delivery after reporting three times that you have gone to the wrong address. No response from your team. Managed to get hold of Fay from the Garden Trading team who has been very helpful and so I have update my scoring. More great service as expected in all the years I have been supporting Garden Trading as a garden centre buyer and a customer!

Have to say I have only bought things from Garden Trading when they've been in the sale. However, I've kept everything I've ever bought due to the great quality.

The order took longer than expected, but when I rang them up they sorted it out and refunded delivery as it went past delivery times after I explained the situation. Got it 2/3 days after I phoned them. Its a good quality product but wish the stand would lock to keep my Ipad sturdy. Overall I am happy. Thank you!
