Placed quite a big order in the sale which arrived promptly. Very happy with all of the items ordered but one item was missing. Customer service responded quickly and item was dispatched again. Great service and good quality items.

Everything came in time

Still have not received my trellis. I ordered on 6th January and was told it was in stock and was going to be sent. I have had not dispatch notification. This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered two things before, but was sent only one out of the order. No email to say where the other one was, but still took my money. I called and was told they were out of stock. When were they going to mention this if I hadn't called? This is poor customer service and unreliable.

The photo representation was incorrect, granted i should have checked dimensions but it was a mis represented image that sold me the items. Half of the order is surplus to requirements as it is oversized. I had to check twice that i hadn’t ordered from TEMU

Placed a large order with Garden Trading, the delivery department contacted me and we arranged delivery for 31st Jan and i booked a days holiday from work to deal with it. I then received a call from a mobile on 7th Jan to tell me the delivery was 12 minutes away. It caused complete chaos and impacted my work. I emailed to ask for an explanation and complain but my email has been ignored thus far.

I’ve bought various items for my new home and have all arrived quickly and been pleased with all. These have ranged from an outdoor ladder for plants to doormats and watering cans. Great quality and no issues at all. It’s a shame that P&P for larger items so much however took advantage of the sale to net this off.
