Very reliable company

Everything I have ordered over the years has been top quality. The items are exactly as pictured and described. All items arrive beautifully and securely packaged and there's never been any damage or anything broken. Orders are acknowledged promptly and emails are sent at each stage to let you know what's happening with your order. I really can't fault Garden Trading at all - they are first class in every way! Smaller than picture didn’t come with matches. Overall not worth the £6 delivery for a £10 item

My order placed on 3rd Dec with my kid’s stocking and Christmas decorations never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact Garden Trading’s customer service, I recevied no response. It wasn’t until 21st Dec that I learned the package might have gone missing-far too late to buy from another brand. Truly disappointing experience.

One of the Christmas decorations arrived damaged and by the time we had evidenced this and got a reply from Customer Service it was not practical to have a replacement one sent out.

I'd bought 36 inches paper fan Christmas tree and 2 smaller ones In sale and was plesesantly surprised, well made and look great. Super cheap price too.

Edit: Now awaiting reply to my email, will see what response is I spent nearly £250 with Garden Trading through the Topcashback site and only made the purchase with this retailer due to the promised cashback, however they have refused to pay it out! What's the point advertising cashback if they refuse to payout on legitimate claims? I can see from other reviews on the cashback website that many others have experienced the same. Feels like a scam. Very disillusioned with this retailer as I thought they were reputable.

Goods were as stated and arrived 10 minutes in to the delivery time window

Items were amazing. I ordered 2 lovely skiing felt decorations, a mouse and a bear in gorgeous jumpers. However, as with previous orders, they sit in “picking” and are only sent to the courier when I write in to question why the haven’t been dispatched.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Lamps are beautiful and look more expensive than they cost. Would recommend
