I haven’t yet received my order, been informed that it has been despatched, or given any update on the expected date of despatch. Why are you asking me to review a product I haven’t received yet - surely your systems are smarter than that?

I was very impressed with the quality of the wall mail box plus the delivery time was very quick. Although it came with fixing screws they were neither flat-head or Phillips so had to buy a new screw driver which was disappointing.

I was sent a different item to the one I ordered. Sadly this was only discovered when the gift was opened on Christmas Day. I received a returns label, but then spent 20+ mins queuing in the post office - currently awaiting my refund.
