I buy from Garden Trading quite often and the products are always really good quality. Sometimes they can take a while to arrive which I'm always kept updated about, but my pre Christmas order was dispatched really quickly and arrived earlier than anticipated. Brilliant 😊

Products good design and production. Took over a week to process my order but was in December and 48hr delivery was used, well packaged.

Bought four lots of cutlery with Garden Trading for £225. They were posted out very quickly and really well packaged. Tracking was available. The Birley cutlery sets themselves are great quality and I’ll happily order from Garden Trading again

Excellent gift, well received

I recently ordered from Garden Trading, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The item I received was not the one I had ordered, and to make matters worse, the box it arrived in was damaged. I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, so the package was left in front of my door for a whole week On top of that, the box was impossible to reseal properly. Despite these issues, Garden Trading is now requiring me to pay for new packaging and supplies to return the incorrect item. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m disappointed by the lack of customer service in resolving the situation. I expect better quality control and customer support, especially when it comes to handling errors on their end I am also surprised that John Lewis, a retailer known for its focus on high customer satisfaction and quality, would partner with a company that operates like this. It’s hard to understand how such a disappointing experience aligns with their values. I expect better quality control and customer support, especially when it comes to handling errors on their end

I liked the items ( Christmas decorations) and their sale price very much! Well packaged and no breakages! I wasn't informed they'd come in two packages and so this caused some anxiety as it wasn't clear whether this was an error or not. However the missing items were dispatched.
