After engaging in an online conversation , trying to sort out what had happened , as their initial incorrect stock data created confusion . Nothing has been resolved . I have asked for a progress report and they have simply ignored my request . All conversation was polite but achieved nothing . I will not recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is so poor . It was a birthday present and we are elderly and they have simply not replied to repeated enquiries , hoping I will get fed up and go away ! No offer of a refund or a replacement, just ignored ! Very upset !

When everything runs without issue, most companies should be capable of doing a half decent job of making their customers happy. When something goes wrong, some companies really fall short of rectifying the situation. Garden Trading has their priorities in order. After the wrong item was sent, I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get an exchange for the correct item in time for Christmas, it took one phone call, the correct item was processed before I was even off the phone, before we had even worked out exactly what I had been sent. Becky was great, I couldn’t have asked for a better solution, genuinely felt looked after by someone who cared. Correct item arrived the following day. I can’t recommend them enough.

The box the stars came in were opened and the damp mouldy smell is awful! I have had to clean them to get rid of the mould and the smell! The mats also have a horrible damp and mouldy smell to them! I have had a few orders from Garden Trading and never experienced this before!

United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Order was late. Communication wasn’t great. Days to respond to an email, ended up calling. Blamed staffing and Black Friday/Christmas business. Surely this isn’t a surprise. Everything was very well packed, but one item in a set of 3 is a different colour (XL paper tree) so that looks odd and is disappointing. Have to pay for your returns, so won’t be returning as not worth the cost. Overall, items are nice and well packaged but I doubt I will order again.
