After a slight delay I did receive my parcel. As always the quality of the goods are of the highest quality. The outdoor mats are exactly what I had been looking for and very useful at this time of the year.

Haven't received the goods yet. Told they have been dispatched a while ago but nothing on tracking so no idea where they are. One item was out of stock when ordered but it said would be available mid December. After paying this has now been changed to mid January

Stylish design but for the price, it looked a little unfinished and I would have expected the screws for attaching to the wall to be included

A great selection of garden products at a good price. The garden bag looks very well made and sturdy, and the plant labels come in a very practical pouch. Loved all items!

Lovely product.

Slow in sending - though had an e- mail to say they had been overwhelmed. Still got an e- mail asking for feedback on the various items before I’d received anything. Would also have been good to have confirmation that the missing item would be delivered within 48 hours.

This was my first time ordering from Garden Trading, and I was drawn to their ironing board and ironing board cover. The ironing board was advertised as being "crafted from solid beech", and after reading this, you would expect it to be made entirely from solid wood. However, when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the top is actually made of plywood, which, of course, contains glue to bond the layers together. This is misleading, especially for a product with such a high price tag. The ironing board cover, which you have to buy separately, was another disappointment. The website claims it is made from 100% cotton, which is technically true for the outer layer, but it also contains a layer of polyurethane foam that is not disclosed in the product description online. For someone looking to avoid synthetic and toxic materials, this was an unwelcome surprise. I feel that this omission was intentional, as it's a key detail that many customers would want to know before purchasing. While these products might appeal to those who like the look of "natural" items, the descriptions are not entirely honest. For the price, I expected much better transparency and quality. I won't be ordering from Garden Trading again.
