I bought a Weber BBQ from them last year and there was a dent in the lid from the factory I think, so customer support at Riverside contacted Weber, who sent me a brand new lid, free of charge! Top marks to Riverside and Weber! I have also ordered charcoal from this company and it's arrived quickly with no problems.

United Kingdom | 29 June 2020Incredibly quick delivery - Friday after ordering 11.30 p.m. Wednesday. There were some bolts missing, but they responded quickly to the email, and the missing parts arrived a couple of days later. Good quality product and easy to assemble.

Amazingly quick service (2 days), unbeatable price and has, so far, been hours of great BBQ'ing which in the current circumstances has been fab! I have to say this model is definitely good enough and big enough for a family of 4. Hugely impressed.

United Kingdom | 27 May 2020I’m afraid i’ve had a very different experience to others on here. If you want to know when it’s coming then don’t use them. I took the dog out for 30 minutes and guess what.... missed the delivery (no notification it was coming today) and it’s now the following Monday they’re offering for redelivery (today is Wednesday, it’s been on order since Sunday....8 days delivery for an in-stock on-line order). Their delivery service is something from the 1990’s. TNT web chat tells me they “don’t give notifications”, will only leave with neighbours if I leave a signed note and won’t leave in a safe place without a signature (Coronavirus doesn’t matter apparently despite every other courier company managing without signatures). I’ve learned my lesson, all the same items were available on Amazon who use couriers with better technology, better processes, clear delivery tracking, notifications and common sense. I fell for the ‘support garden centres’ mantra, but you get what you pay for and they’re doing delivery on the cheap with TNT. I won’t be making the same mistake again.... I can re-order off Amazon and still get it before TNT bring my original parcel back! Riverside can expect my delivery back, lord knows when TNT will get around to that bit though.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2020Ordered my new BBQ which was so simple on their web site, I opted for a Sun delivery (ordered on the Thur) which was in a few days, I wasn't expecting it to be honest as all this Covid-19 thing going on but at 08.40 it was delivered. Had a nice chat with the driver as we had similar cars and then the fun began of assembling my new toy. Well done to Riverside, Highly recommend.

Amazingly they were also delivered 48 hours after purchase which was really helpful for me to get the cushions stored away. Excellent service!
