Good value, great customer service. Missing a few obvious features on their customer accounts such as metre reading reminders and a tool to estimate one's bill from a reading so one has a good idea of what it will cost for that period. As a recent customer, I called customer support to help set up my account as I was having trouble creating it. The lady on the call was extremely helpful. I can live with the missing features above if the service is good value, reliable and has excellent customer support. Thank you.
