The experience of using the stand is so enjoyable. It looks great and a love that I can angle the screen and move the TV around on the castors for the best viewing options. Great TV so great

Stylish product, fast delivery, well packaged. As the TV stand is white it would have been great to have a white sound bar support for our white sound bar instead of black. I know the support comes via another company sourced by Fitueyes, so perhaps this thought could be passed on to them.

Disappointed with a very long wait time from point of order due to being advised one of the items was out of stock, even though it showed as in stock on the website at the point the order was made. Communication around the issues was fairly slow and without clarity and when a delivery date was advised it was missed without any explanation and the order then sent incomplete. Further poor communication around this issue didn't help. Item was eventually received late January following the order being placed in November last year. The item I bought were very good though and I was overall impressed with the quality of parts, fitment, instructions and final assembly. They were also very well packaged. Just a shame that the buying experience was so frustrating. It wasn't cleat to me that these items were awaited from China and that there is no direct UK support other than waiting for an email to be responded to. I'd have to think twice and search alternatives before placing another order.

Stylish products that are easy to assemble with clearly labelled pre-packed screws. Stock issues lead to delays in the complete product arriving to us but this is the only blip on an otherwise great experience

Delivery slightly longer than I thought but packaging, quality and instructions excellent

We cancelled the order, they confirmed it was cancelled, they still shipped it, when the delivery company arrived we refused it, they sent it as two separate packages so we couldn’t avoid the second and a neighbour took it in. We now have a shelf that we can’t return as we are away due to a seriously ill family member.

Really pleased with my soundbar bracket. It’s a bit of a pfaff if you’re attaching it to a Master tv stand on your own as you have to remove the tv before adding the bracket. But with a bit of perseverance (and patience) I got it done and am really happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Zen stand and I have to say that the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. The website is brilliant and provides all the information you could possibly need. I also ordered some additional parts, castors, shelf and sound bar bracket and because the sound bar bracket was out of stock I was given the option of waiting for everything to be delivered at the same time or send me the rest of the items and the sound bar would follow once back in stock. I did not have to wait very long for the out of stock item to arrive. On arrival the packaging was excellent, visually an practically and the quality of the products are second to none. The instructions are very easy to follow and the way the parts are packaged makes assembly foolproof. I actually assembled it on my own with no problems what so ever and I would highly recommend, also will for sure be purchasing another stand for the guest room in the near future. The entire process from beginning to end was so easy and the product is of excellent quality and looks fantastic.

I ordered a Master Floor TV Stand With Wheels V2 FT48. It arrived within a few days. Construction was very easy. The stand is very stable & well designed. Its perfect for my situation... Now thinking about buying a 2nd

It is strong, sturdy and well engineered. Was easy to assemble. Only problem was choice of screws not long enough for our TV. Managed to source them ourselves.

Wrong product sent. Multiple emails to customer service have so far gone unanswered a week on.
