The guy I talked to was not trying to work with me

So far, I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received, from the initial consultation, the treatments, the haircuts and coloring, to the receptionist who greets and calls me to confirm the appointments.

I feel the system is to big, technician has measured and insists it is not. After service for a couple of weeks becomes loose, try to tape when washing, however still have hair that will not lay down on the right side and the collick on the left side. Very frustrated with the system after being a 25 year plus client.

About 5 years ago I went to the office located in Vinings Ga. I had a replacement procedure done which cost roughly $4000. Although it covered some space on top, when I look in a mirror at the back, it's like I didn't have anything done.

It all starts when I walk in. I am greeted with a smile and a diet coke. Marisol is usually the one. But, the other girls, are also amazing. Sometimes the manager is there and she too great with a warm smile. Then I go see Miguel. He is amazing and because of him, I have decided to continue at HCM. He does creative work and makes me laugh a lot. This is the place to go to have good work done with a welcoming atmosphere.

Went for an evaluation and sounded more as a sales pitch than a company worried about their results.

I recommend Hair Club to anyone who is experiencing hair thinning or total hair loss. The Club is professional, discrete, always answers your questions, if you have a problem they will fix it. Love going to my club!!!

I want to say what hair club have me was a new look that have me confidence . people think I have let my hair grow and colored it. A few of my friends didn't recognize me. I would recommend hair club for everyone who has loss of hair and get a new self image that will build up your confidence.

I paid over 12000 for my experience. Expected much more and promised much more. This was big decision for me and a lot of money. I feel terrible that I spent this much and very selfish towards my children considering results.The consultant I dealt with in Louisville area was "let go" recently as well so I'm told because of her tactics. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears but that's how I feel.

I can't say enough good things about the Hair Club. I had a bad hair loss. They have restored my hair and keep it in very good condition. The only ones who know this is not my real hair are the ones that I have told, my immediate family, It is impossible to tell by looking at me. I could not be more satisfied.

I have been with Hair Club Toronto since 2008. I have had very good stylists but the best I have been with by far has been my regular stylist since the last 3 years. Shannon Philips is simply the best. Artistic, caring, smart and very professional with a great customer service attitude.

Staff did not share valuable information to begin with and then I end up paying more money and feel like trapped Not recommending to any one

Great folk-Costly

Some provider at Elmwood Park are very good, some are not.

Very dissatisfied, I pay the highest bar and I can not even get a hair appointment. I have to go on a waiting list. I'm not satisfied with the hair, it is shredding night and day., Practically have ball spots I have to cover up until I can get an appointment, I'm planning to discontinue my membership. Bottom line, paying to much money to not receive quality good hair and services.

Sad! Went through several hair styles each with their own idea of how to secure the hair to my head. Hair kept coming up in the front (some time in the back of the head as well) detaching itself from the adhesive strip used to secure the hair to my scalp. I was in their office every week or some times twice a week. They bounced us around to three different people all concluding that the adhesive was unable to perform as described. Some of my hair was removed due to one styles recommendation of shaving it off for a better angle - didn't work either.

More options need to be available for women. One and a half years ago, Hair Club decided that women needed fewer options for their various programs. Now, the longest program one can get forces you to wear the hair for eight weeks with only one service at the end of four weeks. This is too long. The hair becomes brittle and tangles easily. It is easy to see that the ones in charge of the offerings (owners) must still have their own hair. Hair Club does not appear to want to provide services for women because it takes longer to compete the styling. In addition, many of the stylists need more training for the application of the hair and the cutting. The stylists are very polite and kind to clients.

Hair Club makes every effort to ensure a super experience every appointment. The team cares and it makes a difference!

I went to the hair club thinking I was going to get a mircobrasion of hair on my head. When the day for my hair to be miroced, the lady brought out a half wig, and said it was going to be bonded on my scalp.

Terrible and very expensive, now I'm so much in Financial debt .
