I am having a great and positive experience with the Hair Club. The staff are all so personable and very easy to communicate with. I love my hair dresser/consultant, Jacob. He's the best !

I have been a member for slightly over one year, and can say that is has been a positive experience.

It's always a pleasure to make my bi-monthly visits. All the Ladies working at the Hair Club in Bloomington MN are amazing!! They are kind and courteous to me while I am there. They ask if they can get me a soda pop, water, coffee or snack while waiting. No one offers that to their customers while they wait. I don't even do that at my service business. However, I've changed my venue and now I do it since I realized the huge value it brings to my service business and the good will to the customers / clients. Keep up the good work Ladies!!

Had a timing issue with front desk staff - almost made me quit HC. She was obnoxious - hair consultant is the best though

First of all they were professional and very proficient in their work and attitude towards me. I felt they cared about me as a client. Mastering what was best for my hair and being patient with me deciding my look. I have to admit I was nervous on my second visit. Aaron and the staff were friendly from day one. Both visits were pleasant. Right now, I'm very busy preparing for a future in FLORIDA.

Happy with Hair Club and recommend them to those looking for quality organization with great services.

I enjoy going in and getting my private treatments. The staff is very discreet and professional. No one sits around gossiping like they do in other salons.

Staff were always very pleasant. Tried to help with new suggestions, treatments and products to deal with hair loss and hair styling. Enjoyed the Maxxam curl activating spray. Unfortunately for me there was no noticeable increase in hair growth after 9 months. Same hair pattern hair loss on day one as on the last day. Monthly visit consisted of assessment, hair wash, treatment (involving "mud" application, heat and vibration scalp massage), optional hair cut and styling then receiving products for the next month based on that days assessment. Visit lasted just over one hour.

They accepted me as a patient even though the doctor noted in his chart that I may not be a viable candidate. My willingness to pay $8500 obviously trumped any of their initial misgivings. I have much less hair 14 months later than I did when I had my operation. When I stated my displeasure and asked if there was a "plan B" none was given. Certainly there was no offer of a partial refund for a clear failure in services performed. What's frustrating is I did everything asked of me and more as a dutiful patient following doctor's orders: I had three times the laser treatments recommended; I also took the recommended supplement twice a day to replace my baldness but nothing worked. No one wants to ever hear the personal cost but what the heck, you asked for my opinion. Now at 58years old I'm being laid off in May. I'm upside down in my house and I have to pursue re-financing which will probably after all that, not allow me to keep my home. Now more than ever I could use that $ but nobody really cares about that. Now that I've said how I truly feel, I was at least treated with respect and kindness by the owner and staff. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have gone through with this operation.

I've been a member for about 2 years now and rely on my stylist Barb Rose to keep my hair looking good. Barb listens to any questions I have and always helps me resolve any issues I may question. She is great and I couldn't ask for better care.

I went to the hair club thinking it would be something I could afford. When I had my consultation I was told that the hair club would be able to adhere to my budget. The minimum monthly amount was no less than $350/month + the initial $4,000!!!!!!!!! LOL what a joke... I guess you have to have a really good income to repair your self esteem and confidence. Not impressed at all! But hey... guess u gotta pay the big bucks to feel human.

every time I have an appointment they never forget to remind me of my appointment the day before my actual appointment. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am very satisfied with the services. Keep up the good work.

The best hair system ever! I would highly recommend this club. Super staff, extremely knowledgeable, professional, understanding and friendly. This is an amazing experience you will not regret.

I enjoy the product the styllest are great but I needed service every two to three weeks the product comes lose don't stay in place they have tried to correct the problem you're supposed to sleep swim shower when dancing it moves feels it's going to come off going to Cancun this week worrying that I'm going to have problems we're performing no help there and you can see the edges the hair won't stay because it moves

Hey Hair Club is a great company to deal with , top in their field, professional , and trust. Now the only thing is that it is very expensive, and personally I can not afford it at the moment. Thank you Hair Club you have made my life better all the way.

It is difficult to make all appointment , if you have to travel and there is no club in your area. New hair style not so. Often hair is mounted , but no is actually style is created. My local barber style and cut my hair. The stylist do not style hair for men, only cut it down and the rest is done by my local barber. The lack of a consistent professional is evident. One does not see the same stylist, and everyone skill level is not the same.

Hairdressers are not good at all for the amount of money the program costs.

I regret to have done this. If i would have knows what I was getting myself into I would have never done this. The procedures were not fully explained to me even when I asked the questions it still wasn't clear. The people who are there now are nice but this is still not something I would recommend if there are other options
