Going to HCW was among the best decisions I've ever made. I never knew what it was like to have beautiful, healthy hair. And the staff is amazing. Talented, stylish and fun!

My experience has been very positive. Alicia is wonderful and has become a good friend. My hair looks natural and I get compliments all the time.

I am happy with my look however i feel the packages after the initial package are very costly.

I've been a Hair Club Detroit client for over 20 years, 6 center renovations/moves, and multiple stylists (although I've always returned to Kim Hess whom I've been with since my initial application), and just about every system type and program available. I've always been happy wth the respect, service and pricing I've received. Should there come a time when I determine, for whatever reason, not to renew my contract with HC, that'll be the day I decide to go an natural and not where a system any longer. There is no second choice for hair replacement. There simply isn't.

For the most part, I have been very satisfied with my hair pieces; however, in recent months, my last two hairpieces have been one headache after another; you might say, sour lemons! In less than two weeks, after being fitted with a new piece, I was noticing bare patches and when I got a replacement, it deteriorated even more quickly. I now am enduring two large gaps in my hair texture, one the size of a fat man's finger and a bigger one in the bag that resembles the Grinch's smile. Finally, I wonder where these hairpices are being made...Mangeland, China? Seriously, though, If my next hairpiece replicates the same problem, I not only will demand my money back but I will definately resign myself to wigs that I'll buy myself or baldness!

All the years we been going there it is always so Professionally run .The appointments are always on time or very close to it. The people are so friendly and nice and the Stylists are so incredible. I would recommend HairClub to all my friends..

The team at the Dallas Center have gone the extra mile to provide me with quality service. I am not located near the center but the team ensures I have all I need to continue my services in my home town. Thanks

It's ok not very happy with ny results though it could have been better

I was vacationing in Forth Lauderdale in florida. I was due for service in hair club . I called Fort Lauderdale location and i got very unfriendly receptionist who informed me that they do not have time for me being Christmas time and the can fit me after christmas.I could tell she did not even look at the schedule, It was to close to closing time at 5PM. I tried West Palm each location very pleasantly surprise with friendly receptionist Maria with her eagerness and willingness to find time for me to do the service( It was 5 Min before closing at 5PM). I was very pleased with the service starting with receptionist Maria trying very hard to accommodate me,hair specialist James and public relation manager (Lindsay I believe her name was) .I extended my holiday and I transfer my hair there, again I was pleasantly surprise how accommodating Maria and everyone else was. Pickering and and Palm beach are my favourite locations. great people and great service with smile. Way to go!

Always look forward to my appointments. Everyone is so nice and fun.

The Fort Worth HCM salon is excellent! The staff and stylists are like a family and as a client, they make me feel as a valued "family" member. Their teamwork and friendliness are matched by their excellent professionalism.

Just the extra cost, extra expenses after the Hair service, the monthly cost.

I enjoy the service and the staff are very friendly. The only issue I have is that it is 25 miles from where I live and hard to get there at times.

The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and not afraid to show the problems that I was having with my hair. I would suggest this place to anyone.

Hair Club of Orange has been the center my daughter goes to for Hair Club for Kids for 2 1/2 years now. Not only are they talenented, compassionate, caring, competent, pleasant, and all-around make it a positive experience, but the product has helped my child level the playing field. She walks through life more confidently. We are thoroughly appreciative for everything Hair Club for Kids and Hair Club of Orange does for us.

For the amount being spent, the hair should lay longer.. the glue and tape doesn't last as it should.

Just need to work on their color matching ... needs some work.
