I transferred my account from Illinois to Raleigh a year and a half ago. I could not be more pleased.

I have been a client since September 2016. I am not happy with the hair replacement process. I also said something to the Hair Club client manger.

I'm going this week to get a haircut because I have too much hair. Great job well done

After meeting with Hair Club my initial thought was this should be ok. I met with the Hair Club Representative (HCR) and she was polite, friendly, and cheerful, however, she is not a doctor or anthing like that. She is a sales person 100%. After her sales pitch, I met with the stylist, who, at first, I thought just walked in after living on the streets for 5 years. That first opinion is a hard one to shake. And then the SHOCK VALUE... it would cost around $6000/yr with the first year rounding out to about $10,000 with the setup fee. This they do not tell you until the end. I left feeling slighted. Almost cheated like.

Tana is an amazing person and stylist.

Not a company to be trusted. They also use workers from China, that's were they send the "hair" to get made. Bad experience, one-after-the-other, they did not listen to me or my concerns, just kept telling me "they can fix anything!" NOT!!!!! My stress became worse after joining this club.

Products are reliable and do result in improvements. Customer service for monthly hair appointment is below average. Front office employee is horrible at dealing with customers. She is obviously not interested in any conversation, does not smile or appear friendly and god forbid you need to make your next appointment with her. She gets obviously frustrated if the days you choose are booked and you keep trying to find an open slot.

I loved having pretty hair! However! I experienced headaches for more than half the time from one visit to the next. As my hair grew out and the glue was no longer on the scalp (in 1 week) the headaches started and increased. After several visits and replacement hair I ended up with a large almost bald spot in the frontal area. At my last visit with my girl she said we might think about transplant in the front and sides! Really! I asked about that at original visit and was told glue in hairpiece would work better for me. As an old hairdresser, I can tell you the $100 human hair "fall" I wore 40 years ago worked better! A few thousand dollars later...,my pretty hair lives in my dresser and I am back to caps and wigs.

Overall good product. Too much turn over coupled with limited documentation regarding individual hair preparation reduces the overall experience.

They don't even refund my money with exscuse that the hair products since they don't have back ingridience descriptions are unfualt.

I went to the hair club for men in lake success for a consult. The consultation was very good - professional, courteous and informative. I decided to have procedure at a bosley center in NY (hair club for men recommended). The procedure went well but did not initially meet expectations. I had a second procedure at the same place and now feel better about the process. I would say 4 stars and not 5 stars because the expectation was set too high. So even though I am ultimately a satisfied customer - it took a lwhile longer than expected. Ultimately I would choose to do the same again and am grateful for all the benefits of my new look. But... The hair club should say that it takes almost a year to see full benefit of transplant.

The hair care I receive there mimics what used to be my natural hair, so it is good for my comfort and self esteem and comfort.

Unfortunately they can't keep their products in stock Or they're changing the name brand all the time....

Claudette and the staff take great care of you. I have seen results and am looking forward to even better results.

Great service. Great experience overall. Would prefer to deal with one or the same stylist. But keep getting a different one each visit.

No matter who you work with they make you feel very comfortable.

Happy that I took the time to experience the Hair Club way.
