This store has a lot of rats and bed bugs there I had to throw away everything I stored in that place.

Big parking spots for the big toys. Ryan and Danni were on site with great services and a very clean site.

My daughter had a unit at 7014 Gunn Hwy, she had some life threatening situation to which she had to move far out of town , there for my son and I had to move her belongs out of the unit, she was not told to turn in her lock and key after vacating the storage the assistant there was rude and nasty to her when she explained her situation and threatened her with collection and law suit, he also threaten my brother with the same threats when he returned the lock and key for my daughter. People like him should not be working in a place that deals with customers. I DO NOT recommend the storage units on 7014 Gunn Hwy rude and nasty employees

First time renting a unit, best experience ever. Giovanni & Kim were friendly and very understanding of what I can afford at the moment, they allowed me to see the unit before purchasing. If you’re looking to move stuff out this place is well covered with cameras everywhere. Five star

facility is clean however their move out policy is ridiculous. my storage ends at the 3rd of each month . I paid for the entire month until feb 3rd . i moved out on jan 8th so I should be getting a pro rated refund . These dishonest people refused to give a refund. This is for the future customers be aware. BE AWARE

I called to inquire about unit sizes and availability. The young lady I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly but very patient. She asked questions about the items I need to store and offered suggestions on the unit she thought would meet my needs. She explained the specials & features of the property and answered all my questions. I was having a challenging day when I called. Thank you Ms. Keisha for showing kindness.

Danny is rude and unprofessional. I have been a great customer for 2 years and the staff has been friendly and efficient until today. I spoke to a staff member named Danny and he was the most impatient and rudest staff member I have encountered in years. I will start looking for another storage facility.

The Largo Safeguard Storage is a very clean and well-managed property. I highly recommend it. I know my belongings are safe and secure. The property manager is so helpful and pleasant to work with. She made the whole move-in process so much easier.

The staff treated me very well, and I had a positive experience overall. The only hiccup was getting back into my storage unit due to a bent latch that caused the door to stick. Aside from that minor issue, which was likely just an accident, the service was enjoyable and I felt taken care of. Definitely a place I'll return to in the future.

The employees are wonderful, but the issues with the website are costly. I have two units at the Ridgewood, NY location and have been a customer for many years with no issue. There was an issue updating my credit card for autopay for one of the two units, and I received no text messages notifying me of the issue. Any emails related to payment issues were sent to spam. The only text I ever received was mid-month saying thank you for choosing SafeGuard. The only email I ever received in my normal inbox was a late payment notice. I was charged a late fee which was not waived due to the tech issue on their end. Great people, horrible, horrible website.
