Was not able to get access to my unit on Sunday 10/1. When I called for assistance I was told that it was because I owed the rent for October. I told them I was on an autopay. Didn’t seem to make a difference and was told someone would call me. Never heard from anyone. Lost a whole day I had set aside plus the cost of a van rental. Called the this morning. Was told there was still no one on site but would leave a message to call. No one did. Later this morning, I received a text that I needed to pay rent or face a 20% penalty. I called again, still no answer. Drove to the location. Finally, after calling every number I could find, someone finally answered. When I spoke to her face to face, she made excuses that they were having problems with the doors, but then she told me I shouldn’t have a problem because she just processed all of the auto payments a few minutes ago. How is that autopay if it requires a person to process them? No answer. Also, nothing was offered to make up for my lost day. Still don’t believe I am being told the truth about what happened.

The place is super clean. I mean it is super clean! Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was not only impressed with your very clean, well maintained, climate controlled facility, but also with the customer service representative in the front office. I found Jill to be friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing great customer service. She asked good questions and then made recommendations based on my needs. In my opinion, Jill is truly an asset to your organization. She certainly made renting a storage unit a pleasurable experience!
