I have two units with them. One since 2018. This company was amazing to work with both times in the beginning, now I’m praying everyday to be able to get all my stuff out ASAP WITHOUT anymore issues! Once you fall behind on payments, it’s impossible to get back in good standing, but do-able. Sadly they know that and take advantage. My current issue (I’ve had one with my other unit before) besides extra fees, useless insurance, and rent increases, is I finally got one of my units out of auction status, and when I went to put my own lock back on, not only did I notice my stuff was gone through, I’m talking GONE through gone through and left as if they were disappointed cause whomever did it just left my boxes opened, moved in weird places, etc (Sorry your thieving lowlife self didn’t find what you thought you were going too), but I didn’t get a chance to thoroughly go though my own stuff like they did cause, I saw a few roaches and hauled out of there so fast cause no. Told an associate about the roaches, scheduled extermination, all is well. Until I came home and pulled up my old footage of the last time I had access to my unit and had proof in fact someone really went through my belongings. Do you know how disgusting and disheartening it is to trust a place to store your stuff, work hard to get the money to finally it get it out, and have to deal with this? Well I thought it was going good with rectifying all this, but insurance won’t cover anything, the district manager reached out and was helpful, now he just ignores & ghosts me. I just wanna get my stuff and be done with this place. Also they were supposed to exterminate on the 1st, they ended up doing it on the 8th, so now I owe again. No one even told me the dates changed, but why would they since it’s extra money for them. This company has gone down hill. I would not trust them with your stuff. I also get so much misinformation when I’ve been trying to pay, and I even received someone else’s mail for their unit, which probably explains why when I was told I got a letter and didn’t. A mess! I have to pay on my other unit Monday and I’m praying I have no issues with that one but I’m not holding my breath. Just know it’s amazing in the beginning, but don’t fall behind, that’s when they can take advantage because insurance isn’t going to do much of anything, and also the workers clearly can get away with whatever they want. I’m so disgusted on how all this is happening and turning out. After paying so much money too. I believe in Karma though. And I’m just thankful that I’m hopefully saving someone the time, money, and headache from dealing with this company. Please go somewhere else. Public Storage, your friend’s garage, anywhere but here! I can’t believe I have to write this but that’s the current reality of it all. All because I stored my stuff here. So good.

The facility is clean, secure, and well managed. Easy access. Good rates.

The Facility is always clean, well lighted, and completely air conditioned. There is always equipment to move your STUFF from the car to your unit. The hours of operation are always easy to manage your tasks. The Manager, Corban, is always there to answer your question or assist you in any way possible. The Manager is always professional and pleasant. We have been at Self Storage for 2 years. Anthony & Lorraine Mottola .

The staff is excellent. They are professional, friendly helpful. The facility is clean, well lit, obviously properly maintained. I wish this placed had been open when I started looking for a storage locker so I wouldn't have wasted my time or money with a different company

Best storage area ive ever seen, very clean, friendly helpful staff each time. They have many units to choose from and the units are big enough to fit your personal items. There is air conditioning, backdoor entrance with parking, service buttons on every floor and an elevator for your convenience. Cant ask for anything more! They even have packing materials if u need them. Theyre awesome!

I think allowing folks to order units online and NOT telling them that they need to buy a $30 lock in the office before they can access their unit is HIGHLY inconvenient. I would not have used you all had I known that beforehand. The facility is clean.

Nice new facility, up to date and very clean. Have an RV stall. Easy to maneuver. Was told there are electric hookups and would have to pay for electricity which was ok since I only use electric the night before a trip to charge my batteries. My usuage would have been minamal. After I signed lease and moved in I was told to have access to electric I would have to pay a based fee of $25 per month plus usuage which dosen't sit well with me. Also there is not a water sticker to be found. Needed a half gallon of water to prime pump. In my previous location a half mile away my undercover RV stall included electric and water and I was paying less per foot. Was there for 13yrs. Only moved because stall and turned to access facility were very tight to maneuver.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is kept clean and neat. I feel my items are safety kept so I have no worries. Recommend highly to anyone in need of storage both temp and permanent.

A check for was mailed to them and made out to them and they claim it wasn't cashed and it was so someone there is a thief and a liar don't trust em!

Great and excellent service

Staff is pleasant, the facility is very clean and safe. Prices are fair for now. Hours of access not so great especially if you work, they claim it’s for safety purposes but 8pm is a better close time than 7pm.

The representative Yvette Richardson, was absolutely AMAZING. She answered all my questions, very knowledgeable on the logistics of the facility, and very people friendly. I would definitely recommend this clean, safe and secure facility to all my friends. Keep up the GREAT work Yvette.

The ease of having a third party pickup some of the items and get them where they needed to be.

The elevator wasn’t working properly . Had to keep scanning it . A move that should’ve taken less than 35 minutes lasted almost 2 hours .
