The property is always clean. It is always easy to access and I feel my stuff is secure there. It would be much appreciated if there was a garbage bin somewhere so we can throw out things and used boxes as we organize our units.

I rented a 10x15 for a few months while we were in between homes. Extremely clean and a great facility. I would recommend to anyone.

Companies I work with that need short term storage on an annual basis have been using Safeguard for a number a years. Always great customer service well-maintained facilities. Would definitely recommend them.

Management, I was charged three time's for two months, when the paper work shows wrong doing, Megan at 66th and broad steet tried change paper work to hide her wrong doing,I went my bank several times to prove wrong doing on her part,clearly something must be done ! Im a union worker and I do have free legal counsel if this if this matter is not corrected, at first I thought I was wrong at first sight, but when went back and forth with my bank they never stop any payments from my card which she thought and then started monopolizing the paper work, even my bank recognizes the wrong doing after first stating that I authorized the release of funds, but soon as they seen the Ledger History where dates of payment, I've only transferred to your storage unit 5-17-2023,and the first month was free as stated on the paper work, but I've been charged but management twice in June for what? By management! I then came to you place of business and payed again $500 and $37 because Megan threatening sale off my belongings, if didn't make another payment, altogether, the first cash payment was $67.67 and then, the first came around Megan removed $256.00 from card,and the I came in to your business and gave your other worker the $537.00 and now Megan is telling me I owe her for August, I can count $ that totals up $768.00 for two months, why am I being charged for June, please explain?

The facility is very clean and easy to get around. I don't like the fact that I cannot use the parking lot in the back of the building as the elevator won't read my key.
