There is nothing wrong with the facility or the manager. The price that is charged for a unit is outrageous. We have used the facility for over 20 years and you would think for that kind of loyalty that some type of consideration would be given but the Regional Manager nor corporate would even consider giving us a break on the cost or return my phone calls.

Your personal was great. The woman that signed me up listened to what I needed and answered all my questions. She rented me a10’x20’ garage and gave me the latest deal which was 1st month free.

I've been there for 2 months now and the service door that's closer to my storage area has been out of order for them 2 months I've been replying at the front desk each time I come and they said it will be fixed so that's my dislike and it hasn't been fixed yet also the ladders that they had their they are pretty heavy and I know people have to get to their bins above mines or on the side of mine but they need to inform them once they're done to either not leave them in the area where other people has to get up there put them back where they've gotten it thank you have a blessed one

I canceled within less than a hour before I ordered space and she didn’t give me my full refund took my $34 dollars I think it was cause I paid $130 plus tax I think it was something like that but I didn’t get my full refund that wasn’t right at all.

a business needs to be safe inside and on the parking lot as well… they have a really poor surveillance system… I report an incident to the property manager 4 weeks ago… i still waiting for his answer No costumes service care at all

The storage units are not bad but the store stuff are awful not knowledgeable at all. It took over an hour just to rent a unit. They were having trouble with paperwork and had no answers to my simple questions. I’m not sure if I will rent from this company again.

The Gentleman that took care of me was very helpful and very patient with me. I really appreciate him. The establishment is very nice and clean and very well lit up and so grateful its inside.
