The price is fair, but there is other fees that are not straight forward as your booking a unit, and the unit is a good size for my items. However, the customer service is poor and unprofessional. From when they answer the phone, to in person. I don't know how you can get a job being unprofessional but it's very unpleasant. The rat droppings are insane. Yes rats. I don't know what can be done as far as getting rid of the rat infestation but that is a turn off and I am definitely looking for a new storage to put my things in.

Everyone at the facility is kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Always and excellent experience when i go there. Always ready and willing to help me with questions and just to lend a hand. Very grateful to have chosen this particular spot.

All of the staff members I had interacted with were very friendly and seemed to be interested in my needs. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the job and the proficiency in which they worked. This is something that really should be the norm but more and more these days you just can’t seem to get competent people in any field. I would definitely recommend and use this facility in the future. The only thing that makes it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. The price is competitive but all storage facilities are too expensive so I can’t give any facility 5 stars. Workers were definitely 5 stars though.

I'm happy to have the place , is cheaper than another storage unit I had. Is clean, and the customer service Luis he is very nice person, friendly. Helped me with find someone to help move my stuff.

The storage facility itself is fine. It is a little pricier than others have used in the past though considering what size you get. The main thing is to make sure you properly lock your unit! I had a unit with empty boxes (boxes for items I might need to return items back to where I purchased them). They go around checking the doors apparently and saw my lock was on and the door was not locked. They “say” that they emailed me once and called me once. Neither of which is true. And then they cut my lock, locked the door properly, put another lock on and charged me for it! And then when I challenged them on it and requested a refund of the charge, they refused! For that reason alone I would never come here again and never recommend to anyone. Just stop being ridiculous and petty… keep your customers happy and give them a refund! So stupid.

I rented a unit here because of Kim the manager. She talked me into renting a bigger unit to get the special. I had an issue and she called me and was nice. My only gripe is she has not called me back. I still have ants and spiders in my unit. I know how much these surveys weigh so I am giving you 5 stars. Please hold up your end and fix my pest problem.

Professional, prompt and friendly service

I disliked being forced to pay for insurance while renting your unit. I did not have any item over $50 of value that was being stored in the unit. I feel that insurance purchase should be optional to the customer and not being forced because you hired a company and must fulfill a contract or partnership deal.

I have been using Safeguard Self Storage for several months. I love the location, the price is fair. The location is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Based on my experience so far I give them a thumbs up.

I cant create an account and im forced to pay extra online

The doors are easy to open and have great access for when you have packages. The carts are always at the front and are accessible. Best of all is the manager. Danny.
