The facility manager, Jerome McCray, set everything up via phone. He even helped me choose which current price promotion would require the least amount up front. Total clean facility- I like the access app but if you aren't quick enough with the elevator it times out and you need to reboot the app-- be sure to press floor button b4 you load the elevator.

I went for a second time to rent another unit and MaryAnna was courteous, efficient & helpful. Showed me multiple units so I can decide what size is best for me.

I needed a storage unit since I was moving. I stored at safeguard before, so I went back to use them again. The facility Manager Jerome helped me out with making sure that I had the right storage for my needs. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and great customer service skills. My experience was great! Five stars all around.

We needed a storage unit to temporarily store some very special belongings while we sold our house. We met Corbin at Safeguard Self Storage in Cortez as it was close to our home. Corbin was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a tour of the facilities, showed us all the safety and security features as well as the climate control features. We were amazed how clean the facility was, then realized why after a few trips in to store items, Corbin was always cleaning the building. The location is easy to access, great parking and operating hours are terrific. The prices are very competitive and they offer everything you need, boxes, tape, blankets, etc.

Rented a 5x5 unit today and had a great experience with Tre. He gave me so many options that would fit the frequency and space that i really needed. I knew nothing about lockers , but it was a good option to know. Very very helpful, you will be pleased

I went to my storage unit to get my grandson educational toys. When I moved a bag in my unit a rat jumped out at me. I was extremely upset and I closed the door. I want to the office to file a complaint the representative said he wasn’t from this office. She would email the manager of the facility. I also decided to call the customer service to tell them what I experienced. The representative told me I should be a custom to rats and rodents because I live in New York. My response what because I live in New York I accept what happened. Now my belongings are damaged from the rodents. I haven’t received any call back from the manager or regional manager. I will be removing all of my belongings because of the service and not having pest control

I submitted my insurance and it was approved, but even after 3 weeks, the $13 fee wasn't deducted from my bill. So the office manager told me to pay $65.88 instead of $78.88. I couldn't make a partial payment online because the website doesn't allow it and I wasn't going to pay over the phone for security reasons. I contacted the office manager for a refund of the insurance fee which I should not be charged for. I haven't received a response.

Good morning to whom this may concern I Elonza Morris had rented a space 8x10 March 18 2023 first payment $139.00 I believe and I closed out that space on April 15, 2023 but on April 3 2023 I made another payment in the amount of $189.00 bringing the total payment for less than a month $328.00 my items was not in that space a whole month I did not receive any money back, I had no problem with the space that I use thank you

It would be great if you all offered one month free instead you have to pay for your storage in full even if it’s the end of the month!
