Es wurde einfach behauptet das wir die Plastikradkappen verkratzt hätten, obwohl wir ein Video gemacht hatten, wo zu sehen war, das dies bereits war. Aber das wurde einfach weg ignoriert. Komplett freche Mitarbeiter, die nur nach Sachen suchten um Geld zu machen.

Meine Erfahrung mit FEILRENT war eine reine Katastrophe. Diese Firma ist der Inbegriff von Betrug. Anfangs wirken die Angebote verlockend und erschwinglich, aber lassen Sie sich nicht täuschen! Am Ende der Mietdauer wird die Rechnung plötzlich zum Albtraum – mit versteckten Gebühren und unerwarteten Kosten, die den ursprünglich vereinbarten Preis weit übersteigen. Es ist eine Schande, wie FEILRENT mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Die Endabrechnung war mehr als das Doppelte, sogar das Dreifache dessen, was zu Beginn besprochen wurde. Das ist kein Geschäft, das ist regelrechter Diebstahl! Jeder, der überlegt, bei FEILRENT ein Fahrzeug zu mieten, sollte sich auf eine Fahrt voller Täuschungen und finanzieller Grausamkeiten gefasst machen. Meine dringende Empfehlung: Meiden Sie FEILRENT, wenn Sie Ihr hart verdientes Geld schätzen! La mia esperienza con FEILRENT è stata un disastro totale. Questa compagnia è l'epitome della truffa. Wir waren vom 26. 10. - 1. 11. 2023 das vierte Mal in Sizilien - dieses mal haben wir uns für das Leihauto für Felirent entschieden! Das Preis/Leistungesverhältnis ist perfekt! Die Abwicklung komplikationslos sowohl bei der Abholung wie auch bei der Rückgabe! Sehr freundlich und faires Verhalten aller MitarbeiterInnen! Auch unser Fiat Panda war sehr in Ordnung und vor allem sehr sauber! Gerne buchen wir auch beim nächsten Mal wieder unseren Leihwagen bei Felirent! Wir können diese Autovermietung nur empfehlen!

Wir haben über Check24 bei Felirent über DiscoverCars ein Opel Corsa für 12 Tage gemietet. Bei der Abholung des Autos wurde uns mitgeteilt das das Mietauto ein Navigationsgerät beinhaltet. Das war leider nur die halbe Wahrheit. Es gab die Möglichkeit mittels Handy Kopplung eine Google Maps Karte auf einem kleinen Monitor zu spiegeln. Die Rücksitzbank hatte leichte Schmutzränder, soweit so gut. Bei der Rückgabe des Autos wurde uns eine Reinigungsgebühr von 20,- EUR + Taxes = 30,49 EUR vom Vermieter Felirent in Rechnung gestellt, mit der Begründung das das Auto nicht genauso sauber zurückgegeben wurde wie wir es erhalten haben. Sowas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt.

To my astonishment, I received a surcharge of 97.6 euros because I arrived after the usual closing time. This surcharge is exaggerated compared to the cost of renting a car for 10 days at €66 to have to pay a surcharge of €97.6 for being 30 minutes late. This is really non-commercial and abusive. The extra cost is indeed mentioned in the voucher, but to my great surprise, a closing time of 8 p.m. in the vicinity of an airport is really unexpected. Bonjour, par l'intermédiaire de mon agence de voyage en Belgique j'ai réservé une voiture avec tous les frais payés. L'agence de voyage m'avait prévenu que tous était payés avec même l'assurance et que felirent allais essayer de me vendre une assurance malgré cela et qu'il fallait surtout refuser. Lors de la réception du véhicule on est obligé de laisser les coordonnées d'une carte de crédit garantie sinon pas de voiture. Nous l'avons fait et lorsque nous avons rendu le véhicule, la personne m'a signalé que tout allais bien. La restitution de la voiture c'est faite le 18 juillet. Mon grand étonnement est que la compagnie Felirent à retiré de l'argent de ma carte de crédit le 11 septembre (42.70€) sans aucune raison. J'ai prévenu m'a banque qui va bloquer la transaction et qui va déclaré Felirent comme compagnie à risques frauduleux ce qui va leurs faire perdre la possibilité d'utiliser les cartes de crédit. Je suis une personne extrêmement honnête et je ne supporte pas le vol!!! Compagnie louche à surtout éviter!!! Et signalée au près de toutes les agences de voyages Belge.

We rent cars on a fairly regular basis and Felirent Malpensa is one of the best companies we have used. The team were super friendly and polite, the car was great for the price and the whole process was quick and painless unlike many other operators! There was no hard sell on insurance etc either which is always a bonus.

Wir hatten über Check24.de bei Felirent einen Mietwagen für 2 Wochen ab Neapel Airport gebucht. Die Übergabe, der Vertrag etc. lief reibungslos und man versuchte NICHT uns zusätzliche Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Alle Schäden am Auto wurden sauber vorab dokumentiert und auch bei der Rückgabe gab es keine Probleme. Das Auto war relativ neu (8 Monate) und größer als gebucht. Wir können die Station Napoli Airport uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Vous m’avez faire prendre une assurance supplément car ma carte était une carte de débit et non de crédit frais additionnel +180€ Vous m’avez pris un un « déposit » de 300€. À ce jour, j’attends TOUJOURS le retour des 300€! Nous sommes en contact depuis plusieurs jours ensemble, ou vous m’envoyez les preuve de virement mais je n’ai toujours pas l’argent sur mon compte. Je viens de saisir ma protection juridique afin de récupérer les fonds. Vos pratiques sont plus que douteuses, vous rendez les « deposit » au bout de 10 jours ouvrès sans vous souciez de la bonne réception du remboursement. C’est de l’arnaque!
