Me habeis estafado con 150 ueros, por pagar con targeta de debito, CUANDO EN EL CONTRATO PONE QUE SI SE PUEDE PAGAR. Y encima me dais un coche totalmente contrario al que alquile? Me pensais dar una solución o tendre que tomar una medida mas legal. Gracias

prenoto on line attraverso skyscanner, auto su aeroporto Alghero. e devo dire che quando atterriamo, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare il box della compagnia.. e nessuno la conosceva (o così dicevano) In effetti rispetto alle altre si trovano leggermente fuori L’aeroporto.. raggiungibili comunque in 2 min a piedi. Avevano aperto la posizione da 2 giorni, quindi tutto comprensibile! Graziano ci ha consegnato e ritirato l’auto, e oltre alla simpatia, è stato estremamente disponibile, cortese e professionale. Ottimo servizio, macchina nuova e di categoria superiore rispetto alla panda che avevamo prenotato e super prezzo!!! Bravi!

Devo dire che la mia esperienza con questa compagnia è stata molto positiva. La sig.ra Eloise e la sig.ra Sara sono state chiare e veloci seppur con minuzioso ma giusto controllo sia al ritiro che alla consegna. Auto nuova e pulita. Sicuramente da ripetere. Grazie!!!

SCAM company! Do not book! They were supposed to return my deposit 10 days after. Well, 45 days have passed and they won't even acknowledge my emails!! I already knew it was all super dodgy n when I arrived to the pick up location, but I couldn't pull back at this time. Should have known better!

Ho noleggiato un'auto all'aeroporto di Bologna e posso confermare che si tratta di un'azienda seria. Non sono come la B.RENT che mi ha truffato addebitandomi danni preesistenti sull'auto. Devo inoltre elogiare la professionalita' e la disponibilita' di Antonio e Giovanni. D'ora in poi saro' vs fedele cliente. Bravi, l'onesta' paga sempre.

Ho preso un'auto dalla filiale di Orio per sette giorni, mi hanno trattato con molta gentilezza e professionalità. Ho noleggiato auto in molti paesi e devo ancora incontrare professionisti così affascinanti e professionali!!! Molte grazie Elena e Dario

Esperienza negativa all'aeroporto di Catania

Ho noleggiato un'auto tramite una filiale Felirent e mi è stato addebitato tre volte sulla mia carta di credito! Attenzione a non fornire numeri di carta di credito a questa società. La filiale è quella di Malpensa - Milano e quando il cliente va nel suo paese ha la sorpresa di addebiti non dovuti!

We've had a very good experience with Felirent. When arriving at Bergamo airport we just needed to call felirent, they picked us up in 10 minutes from the airport and drove us to their location (which is only 8 minutes away), so no waiting at all! after everything was settled quickly by the very friendly manager, we drove away in a much better then expected car. After a week we returned the car back to felirent. Again, there was a really friendly employee who helped us quick and nicely and droppes us off neatly ath the airport again. Everybody spook good and understandable English which made the settlement of the contract reliable. After all, Felirent is a very reliable rental service, with a good feeling for their customers. I would totally recommend their services to anyone.

Non fidatevi di questa compagnia! Non firmate nulla perché ogni firma che mettete sul foglio vi penalizzerà sul vostro conto corrente! Si sono permessi di prelevare dei soldi per la “gestione” di una multa, oltretutto la spesa di gestione della multa mi è costata più della stessa multa. Ladri. Maleducati al telefono, se siete stressati e non sapete lavorare non apritele ste compagnie di noleggio fasulle! Mai più con voi! Mancanza di rispetto e cordialità!

After several researches I decided to rent a car with this agency, but I felt to say that I was disappointed with how I was treated by the employee and as they did not give me options to solve my problem, I had to insist to be able to rent a car and when I return it I am charged more for I don't know why, besides them never responding to emails with questions.

Good assistance. I had a problem with a tyre that went flat. I called the company and the problem was settled having the car towed to the nearest repair shop. It took a couple of hours. I had to pay for the tyre but I was paid back as I was fully insured. I recommend them.
