Everything was perfect. I had booked a manual car and when I arrived they told me they're giving me an automatic, but soon they arranged for me to have a manual car instead as per my preference. The customer representatives were very polite and helpful, both at arrival and departure. There was no queueing like for other companies, and we were served immediately, so that is a plus.

Made a reservation and paid online, but in person I was forced to take a full cover insurance adding over 50% of a total reservation worth. Also I booked a child (2 years old) car seat that I paid extra 84EUR, while the seat was really a cheap crap that I found on the internet to be able to buy for less than 79EUR brand new... Would not rent a car again if I had a chance.
