Spain | 16 July 2023Un completo fraude. Una forma de hacer incómodo un viaje de vacaciones de cinco personas. Habíamos alquilado un Peugeot 2008 o similar, y nos dieron un Hyundai Bayon, que en absoluto tiene que ver con el Peugeot, el problema era que o lo tomabas o te tenías que trasladar al aeropuerto e intentar alquilar en otra compañía, cuando ésta ya había cobrado por adelantado. Después, para recoger el coche, supuestamente nos recogian en la puerta de salidas del aeropuerto, pues nada de cierto en eso tampoco. Tuvimos que llamar para que nos fueran a recoger y para hacer eso tuvimos que caminar más de 350 metros, con mas de 40 grados de temperatura y esperar durante 10 minutos a que una furgoneta nos recogiera. Lo dicho, una sinvergonzonería muy grande. En la vida volvería a alquilar con esta gente, y eso mismo recomiento a todo el que esté pensando en hacerlo.

Iceland | 06 July 2023I rented a car with them for 3 days from June 26-29 it took 1 hour to pickup due to an English speaking staff member not being on site, got a 4 seater instead of a 5 seater which wasn't great since for at least 1 day we were actually 5 people trying to use it. And when I returned home they only returned 1/3 of the deposit without any information as to why. I messaged their support and they quickly fixed the error with the deposit.

Italy | 04 July 2023This is the most dishonest company I have ever rent through!!!! They have a large decline when coming into the parking lot. IT’S A TRAP for you to bottom out your car and they charge you 400€!!! They blame you saying you should “drive slow” although it’s hard to avoid, especially if you have a full vehicle. We watched them pull the car onto the decline and leave it for another customer. This forced the customer to have to go down the decline. It was purposefully done so they would bottom out. Be better Felirent! Fix our driveway! Simply fill it in!

United Kingdom | 03 July 2023Car hire is from a field 2 miles from terminal 1 of Milan Malpensa Airport. Felirent's shuttle bus runs only from terminal 1 but Easyjet only fly from terminal 2. You are left to your own devises as to how to get to terminal 1 and although there is a free bus the queue is huge and it took too long. The car was returned with a scratch approx 50mm / 2 inches long on the driver side rear door. We had no knowledge of this and certainly was not of our making. We were charged 256 euros. We had no way to argue and were effectively ransomed subject to tight flight time. Their business is not rental but extortion.

Al momento della formalizzazione del contratto, ci è stato applicato un costo superiore rispetto alla prenotazione effettuata mesi prima a causa di riferite diverse condizioni contrattuali applicate dal broker . Al momento del pagamento, si sono verificati problemi di connessione (come abbiamo capito solo dopo) del pos, per cui venivano negate tutte le transazioni. Solo dopo diversi tentativi, si è compreso che il problema non fosse il mio.. Con un bambino di 2 anni, l'attesta di 1 ora è stata estenuante. L'auto ci è stata consegnata sporca (mai successo prima). Disponibili e puntuali sia all'arrivo, con prelievo all'aeroporto di Cagliari, sia al momento della restituzione, con accompagnamento in aeroporto. Purtroppo, però, nonostante la restituzione dell'auto il 17 giugno e le immediate verifiche, ad oggi (3 luglio) non ho ancora ricevuto l'accredito della caparra.

France | 02 July 2023Bonjour , Arrivé à l'aéroport , nous avons téléphoné à l'agence FELIRENT , qui nous a récupéré devant les portes du terminal et nous a emmenés dans une zone industriel perdu près de l'aéroport. Au moment de récupérer la voiture, nous avons été surpris d'avoir a payer encore une assurance complémentaire de 25€ par jour et 300€ de caution, sinon pas de voiture . Alors que nous avions pris au moment de la location le pack sérénité avec assurance comprise ( 47€ de plus). Donc pour avoir la voiture , nous avons payé le supplément demandé par l'agence . Nous avons rendu la voiture le 27 Avril 2023 à 18h00 , l'hôtesse de l'agence nous avez précisé que nous recevions le remboursement de notre caution ( 300 € ) au courant de la semaine suivante. Pour le moment ( 02/07/2023) je n’ai perçu aucun remboursement. Donc cette agence arnaque les clients et elle est à éviter absolument!!!!! Cordialement. Thomas

United Kingdom | 30 June 2023Hired a Renault C3 from Olbia airport in Sardinia. It was my 1st time using Felirent and I cannot recommend them high enough. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and efficient. Car was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Excuses and advising its been done, and still nothing has been refunded. €300 is still sitting with them up to this date!! The amount of WhatsApp Messages and phonecalls we are sending, nothing is making a difference. If you don't want your money back, use this Company. If you don't want any headache and drama chasing for your refund, use another Company.

Switzerland | 26 June 2023We have just rented a car here in Olbia. The shuttle to the car rental worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car (Opel Mocca) was great. However we had an early flight leaving Sunday morning. We paid for and arranged via sms for a staff member to meet us at the rental place at 7 pm. NOBODY came. Our flight was boarding at 7:50 am. At the last minute (7:20) had to organise a taxi from the airport to fetch me. The taxi driver even told me that with this company nobody comes. Huge stress to get through security and just made the flight. Would never hire a car from a company that is not located right at the airport.

Alla consegna mi hanno dato la disponibilità ad accompagnarmi all'aeroporto sé avevo necessità . Piccolo gesto di cortesia di cui non ho usufruito , ma molto apprezzato . Nessuna brutta sorpresa ma tutto chiaro e semplice . Consiglio vivamente

Ho lasciato 500 euro di caparra con American Express che mi è stata poi accreditata su carta dopo tre giorni dalla riconsegna del mezzo senza nessun problema(Avevo letto di altre recensioni con problemi a riguardo e per sicurezza a Catania mi hanno chiesto anche l' IBAN nel caso ci fossero stati problemi con l'accredito della caparra su American Express).

Netherlands | 15 June 2023Bij ophalen van de auto zijn wij perfect geholpen door Felirent Brindisi. Bij het ophalen van de auto de afspraak gemaakt de auto aan het einde van de vakantie s'nachts om 04.00u terug te brengen. Er zou een shuttlebus zijn om ons naar het vliegveld te brengen. Onze vlucht vertrok 05:55u. Onderweg naar Felirent Brindisi was het telefoonnummer onbereikbaar. Bij aankomst om 04:00u was er niemand aanwezig van Felirent. Wij hebben tot 04:25u gewacht op locatie maar niemand kwam. Uiteindelijk zelf naar de airport gereden en de auto daar achtergelaten. Tot op de dag vandaag geen reactie meer ontvangen wanneer ik mijn borg terug krijg. Erg slechte service en wij zullen juridische stappen ondernemen tegen Felirent Brindisi. Dit bedrijf snapt absoluut niet hoe zij dit soort problemen horen aan te pakken.

France | 13 June 2023Lors de la remise du véhicule, un employé a vérifier à la loupe le véhicule, une petite éraflure sur le parechoc avant a été constaté. Coût de l'eraflure 161€, la location m'a coûté le double du tarif normal. Le problème, leur parc automobile est constitué de voiture neuve car je pense qu'ils viennent d'ouvrir donc la moindre marque sur le véhicule se voit. Je pense qu'il vont vite rentabiliser leur investissement en très peu de temps. Pas de négociation et le problème de la langue n'arrange rien. Pour m'a part je ne retournerai plus dans cette enseigne. Agence près de l'aéroport Sardaigne

France | 13 June 2023Atterrissage à 9h à Palerme. Nous avons attendu 1/2h après la navette. Une fois sur place, joyeux bazar ! 3 personnes se partagent 2 ordinateurs, pour faire les contrats et faire les retours voiture et répondent au téléphone. Certains clients se voient refaire leur contrat 3 fois (car problème de nom du conducteur et nom sur la carte bancaire, problème de carte de débit et non de crédit, etc). Nous avons attendu 1h 1/2 pour qu'on s'occupe de nous, puis 1/2 pour avoir la voiture. Départ à midi, matinée foutue ! Ensuite nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour le contrat, ni sur la voiture (neuve, nickel), ni au retour. C'est pourquoi je mets quand même 3 étoiles.

Iceland | 12 June 2023I had the exact same think happening to me as Dino, in Verona. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the office. There we were told that the car we had ordered wasnt in. That was a Citroen Aircross SUV. Instead we were offered a Lancia Ypsolon, and it wasnt wven clean, a much smaller car for a HIGHER price. Almost 150 euro higher. Citroen was 515 eur for 2 weeks but tje Lancia was supposed to be 650. I said no. We were then driven back to the Airport and had to take a lastminute renta a car for 1.634 euros. My initial thought was that this was a scam because the Citroen was as a sich a good prize. My opinion is that this is not a reliable company and should be avoided.

Non rispondono alle email, se lo fanno poi spariscono per una settimana, non rispondono al telefono.. un dramma!! Starne lontani assolutamente!!
