Great products, I always have people ask me about Tentsile when I am out camping, or have the hammock up in a park.

Great tents, I have the Flite, and use it for backpacking. It's heavy for backpacking, but not really all that bad. The only downside is The instructions could be a lot better. I guess there are videos though.

Purchased an extra weblock for Flite+. It's strong, easy to use and there is a diagram on the side that shows you how to thread the webbing through. Though it makes the pack a little heavier, the second weblock helps with adjusting all three points.

I purchased a fly for my son as he already has the Trillium hammock. When I went on your Website (early March) there was a special discount on for 20% until December 15 as well as it was indicating free shipping. When I went to place the order there was no discount, no free shipping. Through one of my correspondences with Tentsile I was told I could use a 5% discount. I wrote again the next day explaining that the 20% didn't work and by that time it was no longer mentioned. I assume this was set up at the end of last year, trying to get boost sales for Christmas time and when I mentioned the discount someone realized that this rebate was still showing and therefore had it removed. I have seen the Trillium hammock, and it does seem to be very well made. I thought the price for the attachable fly ($150.00 USD or $200 Canadian was quite expensive but felt it would be ok with the 20% off and free shipping. All this to say, I did buy it but was disappointed that Tentsile did not stand behind their word. Usually a good company will honor what they advertise. I was also thinking of getting the bug net but it seemed ridiculous to spend $400 for a fly and bud screen when I could buy a complete tent from a major company for much less!! My correspondence was Tentsile was not what I wanted to hear but was prompt and courteous. We haven't even opened the package yet as it took a little longer to get here from what I thought, my son will see it tonight

bought a used tent through their website, rated by tentsile as being in their most heavily used category. the straps, stakes, and some of the other equipment other than the tent we’re all brand new, the tent had some cosmetic wear on the bottom but was otherwise in perfect condition. would definitely recommend

The experience was good, but I wish they had descriptions on each used product. I bought a used product not knowing what damage there might be or what might be wrong with it. Also, I wish there were instructions on taking down the tent. I spent a very long time trying to figure out how to release the ratchets.

Been dealing with them for many years now. They offer a quality product that stands the test of time. They have knowledgeable staff and are quick to respond to any questions or inquiries.

As far as the company goes: great representation of the products, speedy shipping, and great customer service. As far as the hammock (trillium), it goes up easy after a bit of practice, spacious, and does what it says it will do. The fabric (green nylon) is a bit thicker and heavier than I had imagined. I feel like they could get away with making it out of thinner ripstop, as even the thin stuff is generally very difficult to rip or tear. I wouldn’t take it backpacking, the furthest I would take it is out to a day of climbing, probably less that 2-3 miles of hiking in. Ideal for car camping and the like.
