I'm sorry but my review isn't as accurate as I want it to be Becuse even 1000/5 stars won't come close to describe how AWESOME TENTSILE tents are!

I am very happy with the purchase experience. I have not yet had the opportunity to use the tent, but the initial inspection of the used product was positive - it is in quite good condition as far as I can tell.

Tentsile is an amazing company that has a truly unique product. Their customer service department is very attentive and knowledgeable and the products hold up to Tentsile’s reputation rivaled only by their imagination and ingenuity! Keep up the good work guys!

10 days on and still no tracking number or confirmation it has shipped. Easter weekend coming up and was planning on camping with the kids. Fingers crossed it arrives in the next 4 days

The Una I got is great, but there was a flaw in the seam of the fly where a fold in the fabric got sewn into the seam and that section was skipped when the seam was taped.I emailed support on a Sunday, and got a reply early Monday morning asking me to fill out a form included with the email. I sent back the form and within minutes I got another email saying my new fly was being prepared for shipment. Their quality control might need a little tweaking, but their customer support is second to none.

It's only my 5th order everything is what was expected. Couldn't be happier.

These tentsile are awesome I had a issue with my delivery and they fixed it immediately and sent me a new tentsile. this was my first purchase where the tensile and I have recommended them to friends and family.

They didnt have the colour on demand like I had hoped but were very immediate in trying to resolve the order with an alternative as well as throwing in an additional rain fly to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks

These guys are awesome -- they wrote me back right away when I had questions and then when I had to return one tent because it was too big they were really great about it.
