Love this thing. Had it for about 2 months now and have it hung in my backyard for the last few weeks. Was a hit at my kids birthday party at a big gathering in the berkshires and for hanging out with the family in the evening. You should probably buy one and be cool like me.

There were no instructions with our kit 🙁...what would have taken us 20 minutes took us several hours and normally we would lookup instructive videos but the place we were using our tent has no cell service... I purchased for a Father’s Day gift and it turned into a frustrating situation. Instructions are cool 😎... Otherwise we love the hammock and plan to purchase more tents in the future.

It's a great product and our family has really enjoyed using it. It does take some patience to get set up correctly but it is SO worth the effort.

The tent is great, something to boast about! Being off the ground is PRICELESS! I love the see-through panoramic mesh that allows you to stargaze, it really is breath-taking to gaze at the night sky and feel the cool air without being eaten alive by these mosquitos in Florida. I have to work on getting my stingray a more evenly leveled. It looks pretty leveled from the ground but sleeping with other people, we tend to slide a bit toward the center of the tent. And if I could make one request: PLEASE MAKE A TRANSPARENT RAIN FLY. IT WOULD BE MOST AWESOME TO BE ABLE TO SEE OUTSIDE WHILE IT'S RAINING. Thank you for making a wonderful piece of equipment, my children and I are making wonderful memories with Tentsile.

Tent seems to be of very good quality. Was missing a couple of clips from the fly when opened package for first time. Had a chat with staff from tentsile. Problem rectified very quickly and clips came in the mail in short order.

Awesome tent.

Just took the tentsile flite + out on a compout and it was a marvelous experience. It was easy setting up if you watch a few videos but practice makes perfect. Really coumfortable and very much suggested if you are debating on weather or not to get it. Henceforth a great product with with wonderfull payout.

Great gear!! Love every minute of sleeping in my connect. Easy to set up, and the views are awesome. I run a summer camp company in China and the setting up my connect is actually some the kids favorite activity.

Great Product! We are very happy with our CONNECT! It did take a moment figuring out placement and the right tension but once we figured that out we loved it!

wish the foot box was a little bigger and wish the netting had one more pole those where the things I did not like. the things I liked it set up quickly it was comfortable and I will get lots of use out of it this summer.

I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The product is amazing and functions past my expectations. You should make plans to practice the deployment prior to setting out on an adventure. Definitely give them a try! :)

OK so Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend at 3:30 PM I decided to take the plunge and buy one of these Tentsile Stingray tents so I could join my daughter and her friends for her 24th birthday party camping extravaganza. I got onto Amazon and they could not overnight the product to me. So I went to this company’s website and got on the instant messenger and one of their sales reps took my order and guaranteed I would have it the next day. Well guess what I got it at 10 AM the next day as promised. Ill let you know about the tent after my trip. Thank you - Rick

Staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem was missing a few plastic hooks on the rain fly.

I would and have recommended Tentsile to everyone I know. Tentsile is a great company with amazing products. I've already got a Stingray and some walls, just need to add a Trillium to the collection.

Set it up the first day I got it. Took a second today figure out how to get everything tensioned properly but once that was done, it was perfect. Extremely comfortable and convenient. The ratchets are almost too small for the job but I understand this is for convenience of carrying as they are still very heavy. The material is top notch, and I have to admit I was worried it was going to be basic hammock material but was happy to see it was not and that it supports mine and others weight very well. Some people say the ladder is hard to use but it’s probably because they aren’t in any kind of shape to be using the tent. Overall, VERY happy with my upgrade.
