Canada | 17 October 2018I absolutely love my Uno-Tent,. While it did come with a broken flap toggle. A quick re-stitch didn't keep from enjoying the rest of the experience of this tent- which I enjoyed this whole summer.

United States | 16 October 2018I love my tree fort. I have left it up, with nearly daily use for several weeks now. It is doing fine, water tight and hanging inbetween three of my trees. I did have problems getting all three hammocks to be comfy, getting the trees to 'work' was more difficult than expected but persistence and the help of a neighbor paid off. I literally go into my tree tent each day when I get off work to hang out in the trees, read, nap and relax.

United States | 16 October 2018We use our backpacking and would be nice if it were lighter. I've cut all the weight I can. I only use 1 ratchet. Its easy to set up once you get the hang of it. Super comfortable. Enough room for me, my wife and our dog. You will get a lot of questions from other hikers.

Canada | 16 October 2018I had been waiting to buy my Tentsile Tent for a while and jumped on the opportunity when the one man Una came out. Took it on a week long trip to Cape Scott Provincial park on Vancouver Island and it was incredible. Found some great spots to pitch the tent and had a great week.

Denmark | 23 June 2016I made a order of the combo stingray + more equipment at 02-06-2016 (DD-MM-YYYY) from England to Denmark for aprox $1700 all went well 2 days after the took the money and comfirmed that they started packing my items.. few days later some of the items was on the way.. what went wrong: 1. of all they took the money even before the shipment was on its way to me, this is not acceptable in Denmark so why would it be when its from the outside. but then i though what the hell as long as I got me Items. 2. My Items newer arrived, i got a tracking number from the post office that should make the delivery, I tracked it every day into the hub in England then it traveled around in Denmark could not see where or anything, then it said returning to sender and after that it said Sorting in National hub. That where it just went dead, no more updates or anything, when I made the order i placed my phone number on it so they could call me if anything was wrong. But no sound!! 3. I took contact 3 days after, from the website Tentsile.com, there was a little chat you could use to talk directly to the customer service, the just posted the tracking number and said i could see that it was on its way to me.. ?? .. I asked if he couldn't see that it was on its way back to them further down in the tracking, his reply was, wait yes I see it, i gonna mail back to you about what happen whit your order... Here i waited 4 more days. no reply on mail or phone.. 4. I mailed this time to customer service, with all info i got from my last talk to there customer service. then they replied with the same, i could track my shipment by this tracking number. Then I got angry then had my money for over 2 weeks now, i have no items and did really tell then how a much there service suks. they replied that they where sorry but he would check up on it.. then time they finely did!! 5. but all was not good a day after i got a mail that my order could not get delivered to the designated address becaus they did not work with the Royal Post Office in Denmark "Post Danmark" and was using a 3-party delivery company.. Then they just cancelled my order then asked if i had another address for them to deliver it to. I had no other place to request a order and with a order for $1700 they could not just leave it at a door step.. 6. now thats just about it but here even today i have not received my money that they have hold for nearly a month now, i can't buy something else before i get it back.. and i just reminded then that i wanted my money back asap.. So that my experience with Tentsile.com not a good one at all. just consider this before you make any arrangement with this company. tnx.
