Have usually had really great performance with tenstile products. Take their tents everywhere. However the 2nd to last shipment was missing one easily replaceable small item which they said is on the way due to faulty box. But the most recent shipment was missing a large item. Matters made worse when voicemails are not returned and correspondence is done spotily thorough occassional email. Their products are great but kind of feel like I'm getting the run around from their customer support.

Rob was awesome, he helped smooth out the problem I had with outdoor play and the timing of the order. I’m sorry but I forgot the girl’s name I chatted with after him. The whole staff is top notch. Thanks again, Impeach Now, Patrick Green

I sleep outside in a Stingray every night I can, especially winters in Austin any night its 50+ degrees! Great for car camping and festivals too.

Really good product and excellent customer service from what we have experienced. Camping with a family of five up above the ground has been an enjoyable experience especially being off the ground in rainy weather.

I purchased a hammock as a gift for a friend and she was very excited about it. Tentsile has wonderful customer service. Within a day of ordering the hammock, I received a tracking number for shipment. I realized I had ordered the wrong color and called the company. They managed to swap out the hammocks and ship the color I wanted without hindering the shipping process. I’m seriously impressed with their operation. When the time comes for me to go camping, I’ll definitely supply myself with Tentsile equipment.

First of all the product is great! The site is relatively easy to navigate and I really like the sale and gently used options, which offer substantial discounts.
