I love the product, but it does take a bit of time to find the right setup of trees. Once up it is fine, but there have been times were I have to redo a second or third time. I mainly use it for backpacking but keep in mind it is a bit heavy for it, but not overly so. I have successfully done a 7-mile loop with it on my backpack, although it does take most of the space in my backpack (my gf carried all the edibles for the overnight camping). If you plan to use it for backpacking make sure yours have waist straps.

As a hammock nut Tentsile gave me exactly what I was looking for, an off-the ground and much more comfortable camping experience than traditional tents. Keep the great designs coming!

The hammock is way nicer than I expected. I travel with it in a pack pack along Lake Michigan all summer.

I have the Tentsile 2 person tent and Hammock set up. Being able to camp in the trees makes for one of the best camping sleep’s I have ever had. My partner and I and our small dog all go together in the two person tent and we are snug but always comfortable. We often set up our hammock at 5 ft with our tent above us just a little higher. Our goals are to keep practising setting up and tearing down so it becomes effortless, but always challenging ourselves to find our “best three trees!” My next purchase will be the heated pads to go below us as we do love seasonal camping and it gets quite cold under your backside. We have so many questions from passersby that show a great deal of interest in our camping gear. We are always more than pleased to tell them about Tentsile. As soon as I saw the picture and YouTube videos I knew I had to get one! I love it! Normally I was a hammock camper before. The Tentsile set up was even a better night sleep and easy to get in and out of especially in the middle of the night!

I ordered a tent and used it for camping and it was great except I found I really needed a hammock for my purposes. They happily took the tent back and supplied me with a hammock which I love.

Bought the 3 person stingray. Quality is good but the floor ribs are right under your shoulders. Not enough room to lay without them hitting you or loosen the floor support and everyone is in a heap in the middle. My kids were OK but if your built like a guy with broad shoulders then it just doesn't work. Better off on the ground. At least then you can move around and find a way to lay without something digging into your shoulder. If I was 5 ft 6 and 150lbs it would be ok. I'm 6ft 240. Not a good fit

I really regret buying this product. It looks cool but its inconvenient, not worth the hassle and definitely just something to pretend to enjoy for instagram.
