Buying and selling a house. Wouldn't recommend. The only positives are that they were quite cheap, the completion team were quick, and I like the insurance policy payment. Apart from that, rubbish service from Kerryanne, got info wrong in emails so don't have much trust in the legal service provided, didn't answer questions readily, long waits for responses, could never get through on the phone unless I kicked up a fuss, sent direct quotes from my private emails on to the sellers solicitors, etc. If we had had time to pull out and use a different solicitor, we would have.

Would definitely recommend Lyons Bowe as a responsive, efficient company who helped make a property sale hassle-free. Thanks to everyone involved.

Although we had some kerfuffle with the on-line interactions to "onboard", support from LB that started slowly improved rapidly and this phase was achieved in a fortnight. (New technology after our last move twenty years ago.)

As a side comment, I notice a review from a recent customer dissatisfied that only meets over Teams were offered. I personally didn't find this problematic.

There were so many obstacles to overcome, which they did diligently. After several messages/phone calls wanting to connect with a will adviser, expecting to establish an ongoing'family solicitor' relationship we were told 'we don't offer face-to-face meetings in our Cheltenham office it would have to be on MS-Teams'. That was it. How does this company survive with standards as low as that?! EDIT: And I wasn’t offered f2f elswhere as they assert.
