Don't often leave reviews, but felt I needed to share with you my experience with Partridge BMW. From start to finish the whole experience has been a pleasure, communcation from Stephanie has been amazing and have been walked through everything and nothing has been too much trouble. I will be returning when I need a replacement.

Recently brought a used approved BMW. Really happy with my purchase. Thank you to Jim Davis, (sales) who explained the options available to purchase the car and kept me well informed regarding date for picking it up. Nick Oliver guided us with empathy and great patience while we decided on our family car. From start to finish we felt looked after and not pressured at any stage.

Right before Christmas my BMW threw up an engine warning light. I tried calling our nearest BMW dealer (Marshall, Bournemouth). Apart from not picking up the phone after repeated attempts, I finally got through to someone who promised to get back to me ASAP... but never heard from them again! In the meantime I tried further afield and called Partridge BMW in Southampton who, answered the phone first time, were extremely helpful and offered to look at the car as soon as the festive holidays were over. Perfect, I couldn't have wished for a more positive experience. I took the car to them in the New Year and, despite being very busy, they fixed it on the same day. Now that's what I call customer service. 5* start to finish. They should be very proud of themselves. My next BMW will be bought from Partridge. Excellent and thank you for looking after me.

An effortless and a very positive expereince with Jason who made sure I saw every car I had shortlisted, even if some were awaiting preparation. He was careful not to unfluence the descision and he was polite when he had others to attend to always coming back in the shortest of time. once a test drive was complete the car was ready for collection the next day. i would recommend Partridge and BMW for such a positive buying expereince, Thanks to Jason.

A helpful and straightforward experience with Nick Oliver from beginning to end when exchanging my 520i Touring for a smaller 3 series saloon. Travelled from Bristol to acquire my chosen car, a 72 plate low mileage 320i M Sport X Drive and had a good unhurried and helpful handover.

Great communication pre-delivery and easy and simple handover. Stephanie was really helpful. Delivery of new i4 M50 this morning and all the video links certainly helped to set it up quickly. Would recommend to anyone :-)
