I recently purchased a BMW from Partridge Hampshire Dealership in Eastleigh. The service I received all the way from viewing vehicles to my chosen car being delivered to me was second to none. The salesman Jason was very knowledgeable about the product, receptive to my specific needs and the whole process including obtaining finance and signing up to pay my road tax was easy peasy and seamless. All staff at Partridge that I encountered were helpful and professional in person and on the telephone. Jason kept me fully up to date as to a test drive of the vehicle, delivery, and I even had a BMW genius take me through the tech on the vehicle after purchase. I bought my car while I was abroad . Jason O'Dell helped me with the process and everything was done remotely such as signature for dominoes etc and I picked up the car once I returned to UK . I have bought all my cars from partridge BMW and they always given me an excellent service.

Upon collection from a service I was presented with a invoice which exceeded the email quote by £100! I was contacted during the service to inform me that the Top O/S suspension mount had excessive play and should be replaced immediately! The age and mileage of my car were sited as contributing reasons, On a 2015 plate car with less than 65,000 miles I find this doubtful enough let alone when you factor in the complete suspension system has been changed using Bilstien components less than 10,000 miles ago! Not noticed on so called vehicle heath check video! This has since be checked by my local BMW specialist garage and found to be completely false and incorrect ! I’ve tried to take this up with partridges but nobody was available and nobody called me back! Draw your own conclusions!
