Viewed a 4 series BMW which was not yet prepared (just been traded in by previous owner). After test drive I agreed to purchase if minor cosmetic defects were fixed. Went to collect and car was in A1 condition. All wheels refurbished and looked like new / 4 new tyres. The car was in showroom condition and better than I could have hoped. The service from Partridge was a delight, starting with Jason who made us feel welcome and introduced us to a car we’d had our eye on online. There was no pushy tactics and everything was explained clearly, with a test drive encouraged. Having been satisfied with the vehicle, Nick then thoroughly looked after us until we had our keys, and beyond. His charm and good humour made the entire experience of transacting for the vehicle seamless and enjoyable, and he kept us informed at every stage of all news which was appreciated highly as business communicate poorly all too often these days. After purchase, Nick had remained as vigilant as ever in email and phone responses and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. Will definitely be going back to Partridge as they’ve set the bar very high and other dealerships I’ve been to for BMW have paled in comparison.

Alexander Watts at Partridge BMW was very helpful and helped me from start to finish with trading in my Mercedes Benz for a BMW that I wanted. He is very professional and good at his job. After a bad Experience at the bournemouth show room, this show room has completely restored my faith! In particular Kevin Diaper - his customer service and knowledge is second to none and he was there to answer every question or worry i had, as well as accommodate all of my needs in my new car.
