Filled in a Partridge questionnaire regarding the BMW 1 series. It only covered basic information ie. engine size and type, gearbox and that was about it. There was no mention about privacy glass, reversing cameras, heated seats etc. Received a phone call the following morning from a very bright Yasmim, a sales agent. It appears that she was not given any of the web site information!. and she filled in most of the blanks. Booked a test drive the following afternoon. We arrived on time: the test car was ready - very impressed with the car, not sure why it needed a hand brake - it did have a push button park brake. The internal fit and finish was excellent, better than my Merc A class. Yes I ended up buying the 1 series.

I dealt with Alex and Kathryn, they were both super helpful. We got the deal done and completed within a day, and I am super happy. Brilliant service. I would definitely recommend.
