Superb company everything I ordered came when they said it would will order again

Terrible service. Order placed online, payment not processed due to a fault their end. No response to emails. No way to leave message or contact anyone by phone. 3-5 working days on delivery. Sent email cancelling order as I couldn't get through on phone. Received despatch note 2 days later. Emailed customer services to ask for phone back and got email instead with tracking number. Have already ordered the goods from another company and they are here in the office before anyone from Tool-net has rung back. Don't use this company if you want service or efficiency.

Great value and quality product. I bought 50 coach bolts and 50 washers from toolnet for just over half the price of the next quote. Good quality lroduct and delivery was quick and was kept upto date via text. Will definatly be using them again

Good price, and service: although free deliver voucher didnt give full free delivery due to weight of item, and had to pay the balance, would have been a nice touch if free delivery meant free delivery and on an item of value £420. Tracking of delivery doesnt seem to work on webiste so dont really know when the item will arrive. Anyhow a good firm and have bought from them before. The multi-tool is awesome, although heavy.

I have placed an order for a Clarke Torque adapter from Tool-net.co.uk on 3rd April. As of today (13th April) the order has not even been dispatched yet. It sits with status "Being Fulfilled" since 3rd April. I have contacted customer services on 7th April to chase up the order and I have received a response back on the 10th April that the order is being shipped from their storage warehouse to their dispatch warehouse and that it should arrive at their warehouse on the same day (10th April). After that they said will dispatch it to me on the same day (10th April) and I will get it with next day delivery. It's been another 3 days since then and the order is still "Being Fulfilled" with the same status and no signs of it. I find this unacceptable for an order fulfilled from the UK. If I would've ordered from China it would've gotten here quicker than this and for half the price. I will give them until tomorrow and will ask for a refund and order from somewhere else. I bought a Clarke planer/thicknesser. The price was really good and the item was delivered in the 3-5days advertised. I would use this company again for the price but the only reservation is that contact seems to have to be by email as the phone number for custermer services always rings out and never seems to be answered.

Thank you for your response, perhaps i may re visit to try you out. But - within 20 minutes of leaving your site i went to "World of Power" and purchased the articel i wanted. The 20 minutes included, research,a phone call to them as i wanted to query something, & the order being completed on line. I paid approx £6.00 more {£102.50] with them - but i can track my order, & it will be with me in 3 or 4 working days which is acceptable. Sorry, but if you wish to take orders on line or even by telsphone - you need to have "the set up".in place to do so more easily. I agree i could have e mailed you - but the response time as stated in your conditions could be upto 24 hours. I wanted to place the order in much less time,25 minutes, due to other factors.

I bought a Clarke table saw from this company. Very competitive price compared with other suppliers. Having placed the order and had it accepted I was a little surprised to receive an email asking me for an additional delivery payment due to the weight being over 30kg. As the overall price was still very competitive I paid this. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days, and I was sent a link which it claimed would enable me to track the delivery. On trying however,all it led me to was a copy of my order confirmation. I then tried on numerous occasions to call Tool-Net on the telephone number they had provided, so I could be around to take delivery but all I got was a recorded message saying no-one available. At this point I started to get concerned and found many online reviews relating to similar problems, non-deliveries etc with this company. I emailed the company asking if they could advise an actual delivery date. Meanwhile, mercifully, my order turned up (within the estimated 3-5days). All complete and working, and just to be sure I checked the weight and it was just over 30kg!. So in my case all was ok , but despite the price I'd be very cautious about using this company again, as I never received a reply to my email, and found them impossible to contact. I'm just hoping that the saw goes on OK as I'd be very pessimistic about getting any form of after sales or warranty service from Tool-Net.
