I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago as they have a paslode im360 on offer, I was looking out for one and they had the best Price on the net. After a small glitch I myself out on the order, they contacted me to correct it. After a could of days from ordering, I contacted them to check on my order. Again comma were fantastic and the overall experience has been very good with them. The only thing I would note is the the order status on your account could do with being a bit better as my order was showing as processing when in real fact, it was with the courier by then. Thanks

Having some of the lowest prices around, I was a little cautious, but I am delighted with the clamps I was sent. The product was of a better quality than I was expecting, communication from the company was excellent, and delivery was sooner than I expected. Full marks all round!

Easy to log in as a returning customer and prices are always pretty competitive. Would have given 5 stars but sadly customer service office hours close at 4pm which can be a pain if you can only call to ask questions out of normal office hours.

In my opinion this company is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. You must take note of the small print. Often Tool-Net is acting as no other than an 'AGENT' this means Tool-Net take your order, Tool-Net take the money and then Tool-Net instruct the supplier or manufacturer to send you the goods. At this point Tool-Net abdicate all their duties and responsibilities as a 'Retailer' and do not recognise The Consumers Rights Act 2015. In cases where we or the manufacturer require the item to be inspected, it is the responsibility of the customer to show the fault by returning the item to us or if necessary the manufacturer directly. I purchased the Kreg K5 Master System a few months ago as part of a workshop rebuild project and have since purchased a host of other items from Tool-Net.co.uk. I initially had to email customer services for an update as i had not received an order confirmation email after a couple of days, they quickly confirmed the order was indeed successful and being processed. After a quick check in my Spam folder, i found the confirmation email(s) (so check there first if you have the same prob). The item arrived a couple of days later (central belt Scotland) and I've used it on many builds since, the Kreg is a great bit of kit and at absolutely the BEST price i could find online was from Tool-Net. Since discovered that the best price for Kreg screws is also Tool-Net. On a whole i've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Tool-Net, they have a massive range of tools, rock bottom prices and they have become my go-to guys for anything i need. Keep up the good work guys.

Second time I have used this supplier and as with my last experience the service was great and a price that was cheaper than all the competitors, Including Screw Fix where i would usually shop. Dispatch time was quick with good communication. Happy days!

If you are not in a rush for delivery (about a week) then this place offers all the necessary essentials that you need from your workshop at a very competitive price. After understanding the delivery specifications the customer service team were in contact with me quickly to adjust the expected delivery cost as needed.

used tool-net to find a specialised sanding tool as a gift for a friend very reasonable prices and helpful staff, the only problem was with the delivery people who messed delivery up, not tool nets fault but maybe some better vetting of who they use. would use tool-net again and have recommended

I ordered on the phone from them and IN MY OPINION I was lied to. We will see what my credit card company thinks. If you pay by uk credit card and do not get what you ordered. try a charge back on your credit card. but, only if you think it is justified. I believe in honesty, not arguing or lying. If you order from this company I wish you luck.

Was asked for more money for postage even after I paid what they quoted me. Waiting for a refund now which is also unreasonable, I paid withing five minutes they take five days. Told me postage was for items less than 30kg well 28kg was less than 30 when I went to school. Scammers.

Had my eye on a couple of tools and these were the cheapest I could find them including delivery. Delivery was fast, but be aware that you may be asked to pay more if your order is over a certain weight. This didn't happen to me, but I have read it on some reviews. From my first experience with them - I would recommend.
