The Mixam team is AMAZING! I called to receive telephone support when sorting out the artwork, and the person who helped me over the phone was so helpful, patient and understanding. She could tell I was in panic mode and was just so lovely to deal with - we got my snag sorted in a matter of minutes! Once the order went through, I left a message on the account with a bit of a special request - I had been late in submitting my artwork and actually needed the printed magazines in time for a relaunch event that I was hosting on Saturday 6th July. I'd paid for priority but the earliest shipping date was still showing that it would arrive on Friday 5th, which I was panicking about. I mentioned this in the messages and just said if there was anything the team could do, I would be super grateful. I don't know what magic they pulled, but the magazines landed with me on Wednesday 3rd - two days earlier than expected, and only three production days after I'd submitted the artwork! The quality of the print itself is amazing, and I received many compliments from many happy readers! I am so happy with how it's turned out! I came to Mixam when first printing the magazine around 5 years ago. It's amazing to see that their service has only improved in that time. The Mixam team is great all-round - support-wise, quality-wise, service-wise and price-wise. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my printing now!

Ordering online and submission of PDF material was simple using the tools provided. Final product was excellent. Minimum order is 100 copies, more than we needed. Overall, very convenient but, for small volumes, pricey.

Start to finish great. Good guidance on website. I had two phone calls to clarify bits I wasn't sure about. My questions were answered clearly and promptly by the advisers, one of whom able to complete my submission correctly. The pamphlet beautifully produced - reproduction of photo on cover, quality of paper. And all done much more cheaply than the other printers I looked at. Absolutely 5 star!

My order, which included printed books for an important event, arrived on June 28th with all the pages in the wrong order. Given the urgency of my need, I contacted your customer service immediately to request a reprint and change the delivery address to the city where my event was taking place. Despite being assured that the reprints would ship on the 2nd of July and arrive on the 3rd, I received no updates on the shipment status on the 2nd. Upon contacting your team again, I was informed that the address change was forgotten. I reiterated the new address, only to be told that it would delay the shipment by an extra day. Given the tight timeline, I decided against changing the address and mentioned that I could arrange for a friend to bring the books to the event. However, despite my instructions, the address was changed, causing further delay. The package finally arrived on July 5th, well past the required date. This entire process involved an exchange of 32 emails, causing significant stress and inconvenience. Throughout the week, I was unable to track my parcel, and I did not receive any texts regarding its shipping or delivery status. The delay and mismanagement of my order severely impacted my event preparations and caused undue stress. I expect a full refund for this order and an explanation of how such issues will be prevented in the future.
