Photos came out far too dark - much darker than previous orders of the same booklets.

Really pleased with the documents I ordered. I am a private tutor, and I ordered A4 booklets, staple-bound for my small business. They are perfect and very professional. I've used Mixam twice now, and will continue to come back. They were also the best value I could find, when I looked around at online printing companies.

I spoke to a lovely man called Adam today who helped me sort out my order. I mistakenly made a error when ordering and the company contacted me right away to confirm and rectify it for me as they could see I needed the order by Friday. Very professional, Adam called me back and kept me in the loop once he sorted out my error and made sure I was able to still get my items by the Friday. Such a great company, when ordering in the past I have been blown away by the quality and now always trust them to do a good job. Thank you!

We had produced a hard-covered book. This was printed to a very high standard by the work of the Mixam staff including them adjusting our material to create a high quality product.

I was really excited with using Mixam as my main source for future photo zine printing. This isn't my first publishing rodeo, but it is with Mixam. I have to say that they really messed up, not once but twice. Their prices are excellent and their print quality has the potential to be excellent, but the first zine arrived with pages missing, in the wrong order sometimes without a cover. It was just abysmal. They immediately did a reprint but not after what was a lengthy process of photographing the pages and emailing, messaging and chatting. This next order was OK, but a little flat perhaps so I did a re-edit and paid for a third order. This arrived in terrible condition. Pages were green and magenta - it's as if it was not printing greyscale at all. Also it was incredibly dark. Just bizarre. I managed to get a full refund. There's massive inconsistencies with quality control.

Very happy with the look of the brochures I ordered. The order process was not too complicated and the order was fulfilled very quickly. I will definitely use again.

The process of uploading work and choosing the design was fairly easy and there was information to guide you through the process which was helpful. The prints themselves were quite cheap but the results were great! I had a printing issue with one of my magazines and contacted customer support and I had a replacement coming in a few days, which was free. Overall, I had a great experience with Mixam and would definitely go through them again.
