Easy to use and a great result

I man an independent publisher for several local authors and poets and have found the Mixam service to be both efficient and cost effective. The range of materials and finishes is exceptional and from having dealt with other online printers, this is a breath of fresh air. Then quality of the ring is incredible too. From the online quotation system with a huge range of options clearly laid out to give instant quotations, the easy uploading of artwork through the whole ordering process it has always been seamless and painless. Plus, the detailed online help through articles plus the option for live chat with a specialist has been invaluable in the early days of using them. Enquiries have always had a timely reply with suggestions and patient assistance when needed. Delivery has always been as suggested at the time of order or, you are kept up to date with any issues, of which the one I had was of my own making anyway. I cannot say anything but great things about the quality and service.

Great quality hardback book printed for my research project! They have so many different options to help customise the book that some other companies do not offer on single orders. The book also was delivered within 5 days of ordering but the option of a faster delivery was available for a small fee.

Happy with the printing but can't say the same with customer service dealing with a late dispatch. Also turns out paying for a 24hr delivery either isn't necessary or wont change anything, stick to the standard delivery.

Ive been looking for a printing company for a while now and after doing lots of research to find one which is both good value for money and high quality printing. I am very pleased with Mixam, the website is easy to use once you get the hang of it, lots of variations for size and finish & it doesn’t break the bank. Utterly fantastic first-time experience with Mixam. I had never created a brochure before, and a large part of me wasn't convinced I'd got everything right, but I was totally over the moon with the printing. I only needed 12 brochures, and I was able to buy 12 at a very reasonable rate. I'll definitely be back in the future. Thanks so much, folks!

I genuinely could not recommend this company more. For a bit of context, my great grandfather wrote an autobiography before he passed, we thought it would be nice to get it printed into a book, obviously thinking this would be a mega expensive! Absolute bargain and staff were so helpful with reviewing the item before printing, as this was first time doing anything like this! Cannot thank you all enough!!

I have used Mixam several times for book printing and the quality and price are consistently excellent. The whole production process is straightforward and logical, with help and advice readily available. The finished product has been top quality every time and I would not go anywhere else. There was an unusually long delay in dispatching my order this time but nothing to complain about. I will definitely use Mixam for my next book.

They delivered the products requested and exactly when they said they would deliver them. In two boxes delivered hours apart from each other but the necessity is understandable.
