The outcome was wonderful! Looked as good as I'd hoped/ if not better. The uploading phase took some work, but that's mostly down to how I approached the development of my PDF. I uploaded it with the cover included which affected the placement of each page compared to how it was on InDesign. But there were precautions to avoid mistakes and a real care which I haven't experienced with other websites.

The layout of the website was good but the way to configure each page and the cover for a graphic novel I got printed wasn't the easiest to follow. But when the print came I was very impressed with the quality. It's amazing, I'll be ordering more prints from you in the future.

I've used Mixam's for the first time to print 60+ hardcover photobooks of 88 pages. The setting-up of an account could not be easier, the uploading of files is well explained, a super FAQ section with very detailed information, customer services (especially Monica) were wonderful in trying to help resolve some issues we had our end, and the printed product arrived 1 day early and it looks beautiful! Colours are true, the binding (stitched) is great. Overall, fantastic experience and end product. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Really happy with the quality of the photo flat books ordered. Reasonably priced, helpful online service, quick response to any queries I had setting the artwork up for print on the website. Great communication/updates on progress/status of order. Would recommend and happily use again.

I ordered a trial version of my book, and the whole process was straightforward. The delivery was relatively quick and the quality was excellent. I will be using them again.

Reprint required on a 68 page booklet due to missing central pages !! . Resolved within a week with a reprint . Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Stressful few hours as delivered on a Friday. Quality control perhaps could have avoided the problem. Thank goodness we spotted it before distribution .

The costumer service was incredibly friendly and courteous. The delivery was as planned and the product was in perfect condition. The quality of the pictures is very good and exact. The insertion was explained in a very detailed way and easily done. Overall recommendable.

I've used Mixam for years for printing books and always been very pleased with the quality and price (although the delivery has never been great). There have been a couple of issues with the printing in my last couple of orders, but the real problem is that when I looked at re-ordering a print run from 3 months ago, the price has increased by almost 52%. As a small business, I can't absorb that kind of an increase myself and I won't pass it on to my customers, so I'm going to have to look elsewhere for my printing from now on.

Not used to reviewing products but the service provided by Mixam warrants one. Quality of books delivered went above and beyond my expectation and I was really pleased with the outcome. Delivery of the items was quick and came on the day it was meant to come. I will highly recommend this to anyone, and will be looking to use the service again in the future.

Great printing. Horrendously slow transportation. We are in France so perhaps an excuse but never ever use FEDEX. We are still waiting for delivery!!!
