I was very impressed with the quality of print from Mixam and the speed of service. One of the posters was delivered damaged, but I spoke to Chanel at Mixam and she was very quick with helping with the issue and re-sending out the poster free of charge. I had used Mixam before to print a soft cover book in which they did an excellent job - so decided to use them again for a hard back book that I had put together. Everything was easy to upload/design on the website with good opportunity to check and change things as necessary before commiting to print. I was advised that several of the photos/graphics that I wished to use were probably not the best quality and might not display satisfactorily, but I had no alternatives and went ahead. I needn't have worried as the printed book was beyond my expectations and eveything was fine. I have found that the website is easy to use, the pricing VERY competitive and the end result has always been superb. Thank you!

I needed to print off my photo book for my university final project, and the quality from Mixam was amazing. The website was easy to use and when I got stuck on figuring out the bleed part for my documents, I found that Mixam has a YouTube account with some videos helping with different things to do with using their site. And the pricing was half the price of other printing places I look at.

The shipping of the company is incredible as well as the quality for the price. After making an order, I received a faulty product however I received a full refund within the three days that I asked and ordered a much larger order of the same product and everything was completely perfect. The company is extremely helpful and the staff are brilliant to work with

I recently bought 600 A1 posters. They arrived on time but not in the condition I would have liked. Due to the way they are packaged, some of the corners/edges of some of the sheets arrived slightly damaged. The posters were spread over three boxes -- each box had some slightly bent/curled/creased posters. I'm disabled so returning items is a huge hardship for me -- especially when the items weigh close to 30kg. I wish they were packaged better in the first instance. I can use most of them but it's not lost on me that the ones I have to discard for being imperfect have been paid for! I'd suggest corner protectors for shipments like this to help minimise damage to vulnerable areas like the outer edges of paper sheets.

The quality of the printed notebook was great for the price. The service was also good.
